5 stars definitely! Best jewelry in town, The owner Paul and Tammy I know them for many many year, my whole family shop here when it comes jewelry. The owner are so kind and honest. If there s one place to buy jewelry, it would definitely be GUO jewellery. their price is very affordable and way better then People jewelry. Their service is also great, I got my ring size up one time, Paul did the job, he made add extra gold made it thick and strong, he even polish and clean all the diamond around it. The ring never look this good , I almost couldnt recognized my ring when I got it back, it was like magic. Amazing craftsmanship! They are so good with what they do, best price for jewelry and watches.

I was looking for a Pandora bracelet for a gift and some particular charms. I don't shop very often because it just always seems to take forever. Jumping from store to store trying to find something is just not my thing. I happened to come across this store in Gerrard Square. They had a Pandora display so I went in. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me what they had. They didn't have the charms I was looking for. They asked to see the charms so I showed them pictures of them on my phone. They asked me to email it to them and they would see what they could do for me. Well lo and behold 2 days later I get a call telling me that they had it! I was thinking that they wouldn't be able to get it! Honestly I don't think most places would even bother to look! I really wasn't expecting a call back in all honesty! I went to the store to look at the whole package and it was perfect! My faith in customer service has just been restored! I feel the price was very fair as well. Thank you Guo jewellery! I'll be back!

This Jeweller is usually ok, they have some nice pieces. However they are not open at the moment.

They are the the most nicest people and fairest businesses I ve ever dealt with. I trust them. I brought in gold and they exceeded my expectations. They made a custom made name plate and the length wasn t exactly what I wanted Because I might have given the wrong measurements and they changed it without extra charge. My sister recommended this jeweler to me and I'm so glad she did. I brought in a number of pieces I wanted a verbal appraisal on some items and a written appraisals for the other items. This is a family business and I was treated as if I were family, I was there for a little while and I never felt rush. I will now be making this my jewelry store for all my repairs, appraisals and purchases.

I have been a long time shopper at this jewelry store. They have a great selection of watches like Seiko, Tissot, Citizen and the young gentlemen Andy has a lot of product knowledge about the brands. I have yet to find a Seiko dealer that has a big selection of watches at a fair price.

They're pretty polite. The watch repair technician is not there most of the time I gather only the sales people are. I brought a 100 dollar watch in to have it's crown stem replaced. I waited for a week or so and when I went to go pick it up it was just as I had left it, it was still bent. I had to leave the watch for another few days and it was better but still not 100%. Miscommunications can happen but if the first time I went to go pickup the watch and it was left in that state counted as "done" that bothers me, even the sales person said yea that didn't look right.

There a really good jewelry store fixes everything perfectly and really good prices

Their knowledge of diamonds and jewelry are superb. They want to please their customer! Their prices are, I think, the best around. I will come here for all my jewelry.

I always get my jewelry from Guo's, the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Recently my boyfriend bought a promise ring and necklace from there and I absolutely love it! The prices are fair and they have a great selection in jewelry. Looking forward to my next visit! :)

Andy was very helpful and fast with re-sizing my watch brace. He is also very knowledgeable about Seiko.

I went into the store at Gerrard square and put my ring in to be fitted
the girl told me to come back on the following Thursday I told her that I would be there on Saturday When I went to the store they couldn't find my
RING the owner told me to give him 30/45 minutes he had left it at the work shop I returned to the store 1hour and 10 minutes he was not even there I had the guy call him and was told that they could not find my RING
to come back on Tuesday went back on Tuesday pm and still could not find my RING
I got angry by now and told the owner that I would get the police involved
I got a call on Thursday pm to tell me that my RING was found and to come and get the ring
I was not asking for discounts or anything just the ring he was not even in the store when I got there
You would think after 2 weeks I would get something but now I know NOT NOT to shop there again

I ve been interested in watches for sometime now but I had very little knowledge of them. I was in the neighbourhood for some work and went to Gerrard Square for lunch when I came by this small family owned store. I was greeted by a friendly smile which made me automatically feel comfortable! I started talking to Andy about my interest in watches and by the time I walked back out that door, I had already learned so much about brands and watch movements. He introduced me to Seiko and told me a lot about this particular brand. I was looking to start my watch collection with something that I can wear for work and for special occasions. He showed me a Cocktail Time Presage watch which looked very clean and also has a power reserve which allows me to see when I need to wear my watch to charge it as it is an automatic watch. I went home and did more research before coming back to make the purchase and I have to say that this is one of the best purchases that I ve made. Not only is the product quality is great but the customer service is fantastic! I love my new watch!! Thank you Guo Jewellery.

We buy all of our jewellery from Guo. They have great customer service and have even done repairs for us. The staff are really personable and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to meet our budget and find exactly what we're looking for. I totally recommend this store. They are also very LGBTQ2S+ inclusive, from our experience.

Guo Jewellery is hands down one of the best places in Toronto to purchase or repair any sort jewellery. They are some of the most genuine people I've every encountered not only within this field of profession but as human beings as well. They amaze me with their level of knowledge and honesty they provide for their customers. They won't just sell you anything, they take the time to throughly and patiently help you receive whatever it is you are looking for at the best price and quality. They also do a terrific job with keeping their inventory updated, whether you're searching for the latest styles or something old fashioned/ traditional, they have it all. I truly was not interested in jewellery until I met this team of fantastic down to earth individuals. Whenever I'm near I just pop in to say hello as they do recognize and appreciate their customers.

I had my ring redesigned by Paul and it was the best service.Not only are the prices the fairest I think you can get there was in process pictures along the way and it was done right on time. And my ring turned out stunning, I added stones to the side of my solitare and now I can't stop looking at it! Definetly would reccomend if you are looking to redesign your ring at a very reasonable price

Guo Jewellery is a good jewelleey store located in Gerard Square. I have been here for things lije watch repairs. Most recently I submitted a watch because the hands weren't moving. The young man that served me was attentive, thorough and professional. Today he cslled me and said my watch was ready. Wow. Quick service and the price very reasonable. I will keep coming back and recommend this place to anyone.

This store is a hidden gem in the Leslieville community. The prices on their diamonds, gold jewellery and watches are the best I've seen compared to big companies like Peoples, Mappins and Michael Hill. The staffs there are really friendly and offers exceptional service. Not to mention when I need to get Pandora charms during promotions, there's no line up compared to the 30m-1h wait at Eaton or Shops at Don Mills and they have everything you would find at a Pandora store. They also have more stock compared to other Pandora stores because there is low traffic in the mall, so I definitely recommend people to check this place out before they make a trip down to Eaton Center or Shops at Don Mill.

I bought this Seiko automatic watch and the best costume service I got. They helpful and nice I ask for some custom work on the watch and without problem they help me. I like the quality of service and a professional way how they do business.

Nice location at Gerrard Square, people there are extremely helpful and gave me a lot of opinions when I went to their store for my very first Seiko diver watch early this week. Really like how they make use of the space there and keep every section neat and elegant. This store seems like to be an official dealer of Seiko, Casio and etc. Looking forward getting another watch with Guo Jewellery!

They are really great fast and reasonable price. Always try to listen to your situation. Plus their job is really fast because the boss is the one who fix and resize so it only takes couple days to do it. Not like people's which takes 1-2weeks and expensive
