Terrible place business wise meet good coworkers to take with you when this place fires u. Because they will and make up non existent reasons. Sad but they will will eventually close down once they get sued enough.

Worst company I've ever worked for.first week I was there I had a chick throw her chipping tool at my head.i told the supervisor and he basically didn't do anything then had me working with her the next day! Something should've been done since they're so "big on safety".also the first couple weeks working there was an injury everyday!!they don't care about their employees.i moved to Oregon from Florida for this job.i left everything in Florida to come work for them and a month later I get fired for whatever reason?? I got hired as a welder but they only told me to layout and paint! Then fire me for "lack of production" but still had me doing that everyday that's crazy!I would never ever work for them ever again and I advise no one else to.if I could give them no stars because that's what they deserve

They have some extremely unprofessional and ignorant staff.

This is such a terrible company. My husband worked here for over 8 months then our 2 month old baby was in the emergency room for 5 days and they fired him for not being able to come in. Just an absolutely heartless place that s only cares about profit.

everyone drives away after they get off work safely maybe a little fast but still safely who doesn't want to get home after a long day work all the employees I met or super nice very helpful and on a side note I'm going to apply to work here hopefully I get a job because it would be a wonderful idea to become a part of this team they make trains how cool is that

Gunderson. Two things about them. #1 worst company. #2 they don't care about anyone besides making them selfs money. Every company should be thankful for their employees and treat them right. Gunderson does not do that. Don't apply. Go somewhere else.

My Loving and Wonderful Man, is the lead in one of their departments.

Took 3 weeks for them to contact me for an interview, when they did contact me it was late in the day and they wanted me in at 7 am the next morning. After the interview and weld test I didn't hear back from them for about 5 months and when they did get back to me it was to say "my talents did not meet their needs" But it's ok, by the time they got back to me I had been hired across the river with their union competitor :)

I used to work for Gunderson and everyone that has worked for Gunderson knows that it is
Worst company. They don't care how long you have been there. They don't care about any of their employees. They could care less if you get hurt. They make you work 60 hours a week. They make you stressed out over being there by making you work so fast that someone gets hurt and then when they get hurt they fire you and hire 20 other people. They waste so much time and money that they keep the bonuses for them self's and give you 5 bucks. They could care less if you die or are sick. They have had deaths there and people get hurt all the time and are scared to tell anyone because they need this job to feed their family's. If I could give them no stars I work. I worked there 20 years.
