Took 3 weeks for them to contact me for an interview, when they did contact me it was late in the day and they wanted me in at 7 am the next morning. After the interview and weld test I didn't hear back from them for about 5 months and when they did get back to me it was to say "my talents did not meet their needs" But it's ok, by the time they got back to me I had been hired across the river with their union competitor :)
