Beautiful place. Stores in the complex are virtually all upscale ( ) so I mostly window-shop. I always go to Venetian Nail Spa for part of the time that my husband is watching racing.

I'd like to consider myself as a people person. I enjoy coming here for good food, the atmosphere. You also get to meet people from all over the world. Being multi-lingual one gets to converse with the tourists,believe me when I say, they arrive in great quantities.
Great place to bring the family, for a date or just to hang out with friends. Superb restaurant selection! The race track is also welcoming and great place for cocktails.

Very cool place. Even if you don't gamble there is lots to see and lots of places to check out. Great places to dine and shop on the grounds. The water fountain and the whole complex is beautiful sight at night time. We also did the "Breakfast at Gulfsteram" . My son got to sit on a race horse and we did a tour of the stables.
If your deciding between Gulfstream or Tampa Bay downs in Florida, go to Gulfstream it is more elegant, more to do, and better night life!

Could be a nice place but wasn't overly impressed. First off, regardless of what the website says there is no live racing. Races are done at another site. Not sure what the issue is. Plenty of space to spread out.
My favorite place in my life. My dad was a jockey there in the 50's through the late 70's
Excellent place to spend the day shopping, having lunch, dinner or having a good coffee and having fun both in the racecourse and in the casino. Wide walks, comfortable and free parking. Easy access from the main avenues that go to South Beach and Sunny Islands. To spend the day, a good afternoon or night is guaranteed joy. It is the touch of fun that Miami and its surroundings lacked.
This is a good place to socialize. There s gambling, restaurants and music.Great race track highly recommend you go even if you don't gamble.
I went to explore Gulfstream Park at night and was satisfied with the many options for entertainment and dining. In addition to the Casino they also have a Hookah Bar, Bowling Alley, Pool Tables, Sports Bars, Outdoor Dining, Indoor Dining, and a few shops. I look forward to visiting again.

When they first opened incredible, now run of the mill. No winners it took 1 hour for a server to bring a bottle of water
My wife and I came for a special event at the Flamingo Room. Amazing view of the track. The food was good too. We parked on the street, but if we hadn't, it would have been a pretty long walk.
I DO NOT mind losing playing poker but if things coming strange way I will never go back that place again... Let me tell you about my experience in gulfstream poker; BE CAREFUL first of all about players, they are cheap and hunting, chasing everything can come thru, second thing is trap, I played at the table tonight and I lost the biggest pot you know why bc recently old dealer was seating next to dealer and after flop comes up I called pre all in and dealer DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, guess what older dealer(which is girl) hit the flush in the river, WOAWW nice hand ha, if you don't know how to deal or what to do in this kind of situation that's where you belong trashy and I am telling everyone before they go BE CAREFUL AND WATCH EVWRYRHING. They can't be even %5 of other casinos which I put first spot Hard Rock
Always easy to find a seat if you go early. The track has a great reputation for being safe and we have found patrons there trustworthy. No one touches your "stuff" when left unattended.
The surroundings are beautiful and the complex has many great stores and restaurants.
The casino has two floors. I prefer the lower level as I can still keep an eye on my horses!

Best to Visit between January-March. However a day at the Races expected at Hallandale spot on every Weekend with the exception of October- November when they move to The Old Calder Raceway now called GPW.

It is a very American place, which has its rock events of the 70s that are very good. And there is very cool karaoke business there but very expensive.

Machines are crowded together in slot area. Clean restrooms are near front entrance. It's a long walk from the parking lot to the casino. I didn't see the advertised shuttle.
Excellent to see the horses outdoors and in the races
Very convenient. In its diversity of activities, an excellent place to go with the family or there is only something for everyone.
The place has many shops, there is furniture, games, pizzeria bar, karaoke structure is very nice there are sometimes live music activities or activities for children is a cool place

Small, dark, and slots are not friendly. Parking can be a hassle, and far. The players club staff are nice.
I enjoy watching the horse races. They have a nice small casino and poker room. The other areas are really nice and built up with shopping and restaurants.
