Guideline Tutorial has been a life-saver for my family! My daughter was struggling with her transition into high school. Unfortunately, Guideline was a complete disappointment as an interpretation agency.
Interpreters: they DO NOT pay out cancelled assignments within 24 hours, as is standard in our community (ASL Interpretation).
Instead of working towards a solution to this issue by paying out the cancelled assigment, they gave me the run around and I had to chase them around for more than two months. Eventually, I just ended my contract, disappointed.
Guideline Tutorial is great! My son is getting help in math and
his grades are getting better :) , his tutor is very good.
It may just be a tutoring center, but the teacher divulges his/herself into the personal life of the student. My teacher, for example, had always looked out for not only my needs at the tutoring center, but also how I was doing at school. She explained any questions I had thoroughly and they really helped me, she would always try her best to keep the class going, but she also made the class enjoyable by making it humorous along the way, and I really appreciated that.
My son is a tenth grader who is taking AP physics. Guideline Tutorial has very knowledgeable and experiences tutors for a very affordable price.

Guideline Tutorial was really beneficial for my SAT prep. Guideline was able to provide me with excellent teachers who gave their undivided attention during all times. The techniques taught by the teachers helped me improve by 300 points on my SAT exam. I have attended multiple tutorials and by far Guideline has exceeded my expectations. Not only was Guideline able to help me on my SAT's , but was able to help my younger siblings as well. Guideline Tutorial was able to provide for various ages and various studies. Overall Guideline Tutorial was a great tutorial and I recommend it to anyone looking for a tutorial center.
I enrolled my 2 boys who are in 3rd grade and 4th grade to Guideline Tutorial this school year. Both boys needed extra help on their school work. My 3rd grader had problems concentrating and focusing on completing his work prior to the enrollment. Guideline tutorial gave my boys the help they needed. Both improved significantly and I'm happy to say that my 3rd grader just received the student of the month award for November. Guideline tutorials emphasizes on creating a curriculum that focuses on the students needs. They put extra attention on each student to make sure they are on the right track with their academics. I went here for SAT prep a few years back and it was great. The prep helped me improve my SAT score by around 100 points. Staff is very friendly and try to tailor the work to your needs. Highly recommended!
Guildline Tutorial you have made my year with a lot more ease. The reason for this is you have helped me pass two of my regents exams both Global History and English. I can not wait to study with you more. Thank you for supporting me. I am so happy I've met all of the teachers that are here to help students just like me. I had trouble in the past with the regents exams, I was so disappointed in myself. Now I feel a lot more motivated with not only my exams but with my other studies I have in school.
I took an SAT class here and got a score of 2280. The class had separate teachers for math and English so they were very knowledgeable about their subjects. They were also young and funny which made class fun. Overall I learned a lot and I even got to know the other students pretty well so it was definitely worth it.
I loved the place so much that I taught there afterwards. Teaching here is also a joy. I worked one-on-one with a few very bright young girls and had a lot of fun doing it. As someone who's been on both sides and worked with the management, I can say with certainty that Guideline Tutorial is the kind of place that really cares.
My family and I moved to New York this year.My son didn't have much of a stable pre k, so him being in kindergarten this year brought a big shock to him. He was behind from his class and had dislike in learning.We then searched for help. Guideline Tutorials helped my son go from not knowing his ABC's or knowing how to read words, to recognizing letters and knowing his whole alphabet as well as sounding out words to figure it out. They not only improved his schooling grades but helped him enjoy the learning. Guideline Tutorials always adjusted for us and helped our son catch up.
It was one of the most terrifying interviews I have ever had. The center is on the second floor. The door buzzer does not have its name but the word "dentist". When I walked upstairs, it smelt weird and there were many cushion old chairs sitting in different sections of the area. A guy opened the door without introducing himself. He told me to wait at the right side of the area while he goes into another room to get an application. My gut told me to leave, so I did.
I Send my two daughters last 3 years. Tutors teach my kids so they understand things clearly. They learn how to write good essays and learn different strategies on problem solving. Tutors also help students prepare for tests in the future. They also have different conferences of how their students can improve. Guideline also has homework help for students who bring in homework. Guideline is a great place to improve their everyday education.
I attended Guideline Tutorial a few years ago and honestly, it was a very good choice. I started to go there when I was in second grade and I had a tutor that was amazing. She helped me in all my subjects and with her help, I was able to do really well in school. My older sister also went here and they helped her throughout middle school and extremely helped for the SHSAT. It becomes very competitive between tutoring centers when it s time for the SHSAT but by going to Guideline Tutorial, you will 100% succeed. They not only prepare you for the SHSAT, they prepare you for the SAT/ACT, test for Hunter College High School and even more academics. I am currently in 9th grade and I attend Manhattan Hunter Science High School. I am very proud to say that Guideline Tutorial helped shape me to be the student I am today and I know it will help the future generations to come. So, I highly recommend attending Guideline Tutorial as your path to success.

I sent my son to their tutorial center for Specialized High School admission test preparation. He got a best lesson. He got Bronx Science High School that was his 1st choice. He obtained 569 marks. There teaching Technics is really very nice and their teacher is very knowledgeable, sincere and friendly.
