I recently tried out this customer service software and found it to be decent. The website was easy to navigate and had a clean and professional layout. The features offered were helpful in streamlining communication with guests. The software allowed me to manage guest inquiries efficiently and keep track of all interactions. The customer support team was quite responsive and provided helpful assistance when I encountered some initial setup issues.
However, I must say that some additional features would have been beneficial. It would have been great to have an automated response feature for frequently asked questions. Also, the pricing plans seemed a bit on the expensive side compared to similar software options available in the market.
