No one is able to resolve concerns. Worst experience with GTPL.

Most third class service. My net not work since last 5 days. No any one technician come. And ni customee care attend call..after sales service is very poor. Negative

I am using this broadband. It works good but when have problem. Sorry for service it one of the bad experiences I have ever. You will not get answer from customer care. When you ask how maximum time it takes to resolve the problem. I get answer "no idea we can not say anything". So I pay in advance for this answer. This is stupid .

Gtpl service is very very very bad .
At the time connection your executive are given a asurity to resolve all problem but where I face a connection problem no one can pic my phone call and not replying my tax and whatsapp msg .

I have very bad experience with GTPL . After getting one year broad band connection , Not a single week left without connectivity issues. Also no service support after raising complain to GTPL customer care even no body is bothered to get feedback from customer that their complain has been resolved or Not. Further downtime for each complaint about 4-6 hours Specially in night more than 8 hours. How customer can work from home or overseas business? if possible in rating, I would like to rate 0. Also 3rd class customer care and Router provided by GTPL.

Network is not since last 8 day still no body attain complain every day i genrate new complain and they have solved to all complain without visit directly from gtpl personal satelight without asking otp. customer is suffering from this type worst service.

the employee name of MIHIR in bopal area has activated my account since tuesday and he is not picking up the my call. he has given commitment to install wifi on wednesday evening...What a chu...ya service is this

Never take GTPL Broadband connection service is very very poor. No proper response from anyone not from office and from there call center
Very rude behavior of there executive like they are doing our work free of cost.
They even closed the ticket without any resolution and generate new ticket worst poor disgusting service ever
It rating should be in negative stars

GTPL customer services is WORST.
Please replace your customer care staff with robot's. because no difference between robot and customer care executive. both are play same cassette.
