I have very bad experience with GTPL . After getting one year broad band connection , Not a single week left without connectivity issues. Also no service support after raising complain to GTPL customer care even no body is bothered to get feedback from customer that their complain has been resolved or Not. Further downtime for each complaint about 4-6 hours Specially in night more than 8 hours. How customer can work from home or overseas business? if possible in rating, I would like to rate 0. Also 3rd class customer care and Router provided by GTPL.
