Don't waste your time if you have over 10yrs in security. They will send you to sites making less when they have other sites paying more but won't tell you.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE SERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS. PRETTY MUCH ANYONE CAN GET HIRED HERE.

THIS COMPANY ALSO GETS CONTACTS OTHER SECURITY COMPANIES DO NOT WANT.

Been working here for over two years and can honestly say I've enjoyed it. They're really flexible and work around your schedule (If you advise them with time). They have different sites all across California, so if you need a change of scenery you can always put in a request to transfer (if there's a spot available). Company keeps expanding which means more opportunities to grow and promotion, and they also have a referral bonus program for every guard you send. Payment depends on the hours they've (your referral) completed.

Basically this is a smaller version of Allied universal. If you know Allied universal then you know what I'm talking about. For anyone that doesn't here's a quick run down. You will have paid orientation it, but it will be hard to find parking. You will have nice uniforms but you have to pay for them. You will have a good post until for some reason it's no longer a post. You will have good relationship with your management team and scheduler unless for some reason they stop liking you and then all of a sudden everything will become difficult.

This company pays every week they do not offer direct deposit. This company is taking over a bunch of accounts that Allied universal used to have. This is a fast growing and up-and-coming company. This company pays higher than others.
I just didn't have the best experience here. I've been working in security for going on 12 years and I currently work as a patrol supervisor for a smaller company.

This company hasn't gave me a post since December of 2019 but wont fire me our lay me off they have family&friends of thete choice to work its very pitiful am looking in a labor attorney to assist me in this evil turmoil i rate #0

If I could give negative stars I would. The security staff is very rude and not professional at all. I've been doing security for over 30 years and the one thing they would be adamant about was customer service. The wanna be security staff could use a class or two about customer service. They bark orders at guests then try to backpedal and say they asked. Won't even listen to the guests and say guests are being argumentative. They won't even give their names or employee number when asked. Do they even have guard cards? They refused to show guard card when asked and you ARE suppose to show your card when asked.
PLEASE PLEASE teach your employees how to communicate deal with guests. The employees I encountered give security guards who know how to do their job right a bad name.

this company is Extremely unfair!! They brush things under the rug and expect you to proceed as if everything is normal! If you are looking for something fast and temporary this would be a good fit. I would not suggest for long term unless you don t mind being mistreated!! I got removed for speaking up for myself and no one got reprimanded whatsoever, in fact the very person I complained about received manager of the year award when in no way does she deserve that title. This company is close to modern day slavery!!

Only there three weeks supervisor dont care what u think rules keep changing and employees of site if they dont like u they find anything to complain about u and when you try to defend yourself they dont back u
