In my experience. General Stamping is one of the best places I have ever worked. It really starts with the small things. A clean break room, clean bathrooms, office employees that listen and are highly helpful at every level. My supervisors have been very helpful and make sure I have the knowledge I need to be successful. The work floor and work flow are impressive. Any question I ask gets answered. I feel very fortunate to work for General Stamping and Metalworks.

It's a growing company that puts good quality
Product out. And very good training on state of the art equipment. Very clean work place. Work there 6years. In all departments.

If like being lead by people who don't know what's going on 90% of the time then this is the place for you

It was one of the best places I've ever worked for. If you like to make money this is the place to be. Very structured. Weekly meetings, and Good Insurance also. If the company does good in production that year, they are very generous when it comes to bonus. They have a point system and believe me they use it. This is a place of work not for play. I would recommend it to anyone that is a go-getter and wants to learn.
