This company has not given the Woodside Apartments a new manager since the end of July. Multiple maintenance requests, multiple calls, multiple attempts to get into contact with SOMEONE and no one has given us a call back. When will there be a new manager? Even the property is getting filthy with over filling trash that never gets picked up. This is unacceptable! We would like to stay at this apartment but now need have been forced to consider elsewhere.

Management forgot about us for a year. We paid rent each mont on time, and never got a new lease. Then they give us one dated six months before. That s literally fraud. Never rent from these properties.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOUR APARTMENT!!!!! HERE ARE SOME MOVE-IN and construction photos to prove the nightmare we've dealt with upon moving in:

Cynthia at Vernon Vista in particular is worthless.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They just scammed us out of $50 by posting incorrect information on their website. When we called, they told us that the listings are often incorrect on the website and then told us that the prices are also incorrect. Then they proceeded to tell us that they could not refund the $50 application fee and, if we were denied, that you can never apply again in the future.

Simply put, they are another "company" looking to scam people out of their money.

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!! THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING LEAVE YOU WITH A BROKEN AC IN 110 LET TERMITES FILL YOUR APT BECAUSE ITS INFESTED AND TELL YOU DONT WORRY ABOUT IT THEIR NON HARMFUL!!!! WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THE CHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE WHEN YOU RENTED THERE!!!! THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS AT THEIR MAIN OFFICE SO HONESTLY DONT EVEN TRY!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HONESTLY DONT EVEN WALK ONTO ONE OF THEIR PROPETIES!!!

They do not care to listen to your concerns. They only work by the book. Close minded people. Pandemic time, and they want everyone to be perfect . People have jobs for years. But they only follow credit numbers that do not reflect everyone. There are a lot of things out there, but greed ... etc

Never call back. Nor did my wood floors get replaced, but the rent sure did go up

It's a beautiful office building the people inside a very professional compared to other rental property agencies they seem to be the cream of the crop

DONT RENT FROM THEM!! CHEAP AND DONT WANT TO FIX OR REPLACE ANYTHING. IVE BEEN HERE SINCE JULY OF 2020 AND THERE HAS BEEN AN ISSUE ALMOST EVERY MONTH
