I have been to so many places with in 100km in saronno and this is the WORST customer service i experinced.i orderd the FORD ECO SPORT on 27/03/2017 and on april i put a deposit of 1000 , as THEY agreed and promised to get me the vehicle with in july/2017,and when i went there answer was "NO SORRY WE WONT BE ABLE TO GIVE THE VEHICLE UNTIL END OF SEPTEMBER"..

AND TILL I WENT THEIR THEY DIDNT EVEN HAD THE DECENCY AT LEAST TO CALL AND INFORM ME THIS.. I HAD TO cxl MY PAID VACATION AND LOST MONEY AND WASTE SIX DAMN MONTHS WAITING FOR A VEHICLE ..PLUS LEAVE THEM WITH 1000 ,AND I WAS NOT even offered a solution as giving me a vehicle for go on my vacation..or at least they can provide with my eco sport on spetember.

so make sure if you ever go to gruppovis saronno ..for buying a car.. that you have to at leats wait 6 to 12 months. at least that was the case for me. even to get back the deposit i had to call everyday for 12 days and the visit them personally to ask for the refund of my 1000 that they kept them for 6 months .
i have all the proof and documents regarding this NEGATIVE COMMENT.
too bad FORD make them selves a bad name with these kind ofpoor customer service .dealers.

I bought a car and I still curse the day I set foot in it !!! For 4 weeks I have been calling for assistance and, it seems impossible, but no one answers, only a naive receptionist who systematically invents something really embarrassing, and obviously does not pass the call. The seller, Andrea z. he greeted me on the day of the purchase saying: for every problem he calls! Maybe he meant calling someone else, maybe more serious than us !!! In conclusion, I would no longer take a car from them, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy !!

I state that I purchased my Ford at IncompetentiRascioni Auto of Meda, but I use their services for assistance as they are serious and always available. I made the first coupon of my Fiesta at their workshop at a price in line with the competition as well as a small discount for the amount of 198 , complete treatment and replacement of the steering wheel command that was ruined in less than a year from purchase of the car. the operation of cutting and replacing the previously cited piece was carried out in less than an hour and a half. Furthermore I turned to them for the purchase of the ST-Line pieces to be mounted on my Titanium and I never had any problem with the availability except the technical times required for their arrival in the warehouse. So I can't help but feel satisfied.

I purchased a Mazda from Gruppovis after a road test.
After some initial misunderstandings, due both from me and from the dealership, I was contacted directly by the owner in person to discuss the incident together with the seller. They listened to my motives and vice versa. I find that dialogue has been a professional way of dealing with the situation, thus being able to find a meeting point and reconcile the parties. The delivery of the car took place flawlessly and with a welcome present. Recommended.

Too bad that on delivery of a new car as soon as I entered it was bugged on the door and all the dirty interiors
The salesman was mortified but the workshop and controls staff had salami slices over their eyes.

the endless story of your poor efficiency in assisting your customers continues undaunted.

I was told that an albeit small car would be given as a replacement in case of breakdowns and failures, I would add recurring of your vehicles.

instead I have to unfortunately note that you can never keep the words spent, and today after the umpteenth failure and stationary vehicle that required the intervention of the tow truck,

we have been told by casorate that the replacement vehicle is paid!

I find such behavior unheard of

looking forward to your prompt reply, before taking legal action and making a review on your efficiency and a note to the Ford parent company on your "disservice"

Hi, as an entrepreneur I feel compelled to share my extremely negative first-hand experience with the Vis Group of Saronno, to avoid that other companies find themselves in the same burdensome and uncomfortable situation in which my company ran into.
I state that before arriving to share publicly the following I have searched strongly for a solution with the Sigg. Canti -Titolare, Menegazzi - Resp. Comm, Mazzucchelli - Resp Marketing, but in front of me, I found only unprofessional staff, haughty and able to deal sufficiently with a customer and the related problem.
I want to specify that my growing disappointment is not due to vehicle breakdowns, that being mechanical can happen, but for the inability and the unwillingness to find a solution to a problem and even more serious for the treatment received. (As of today I am still waiting for an answer to an e-mail sent on December 1st to the Siggers of which I mentioned the names)
I have been a historical customer of GruppoVis for many years. My company deals with airport parking and offers a free shuttle service as a link between the car park and the airport. Wanting to always offer the best to my customers, in the months of June and July I purchased two new Ford Transit Tourneo cars.
After only 3,000 km, the first shuttle had a serious problem with the control unit, after only 15 days from the delivery of the second one, the same problem was presented also on the second vehicle.
My disappointment I repeat, it was not compared to the fault itself, but rather how the problem was dealt with: despite the fact that the Visanti Group has 4 dealerships / centers and sells assistance as its strength, they have not been able to adjust the vehicle for 30 days as "closed for holidays".
As you can imagine the stop of a shuttle, in the middle of the high season, creates a considerable inconvenience, which is why I had to turn to a third party for the resolution of the fault. (Garage Graziano, Somma Lombardo.)
Despite the disservice in November I wanted to place my trust again in the Vis Group for the purchase of a new Ford Transit Tourneo, top of the range, full optional, euro7 to be allocated to a new parking lot close to opening.
After the payment was made and the enrollment was completed and a few days after the car park opened, the vehicle was not delivered to me!
Only later, in the face of various requests and requests for clarification (as I always had the Ford vehicles stopped to repair the group vis), I was informed that the problem was a failure of the control unit, a fault present even before leaving the dealership.
Stunned and disoriented, because I thought I was on pranks aside, at that point I thought and it seemed obvious that, being a disservice to them, they would have given me at least a substitute.
After various uncertainties and apologies, Mr. Menegazzi - commercial manager - informs me that if the fault had been repaired I would have had the vehicle, otherwise they could not have provided me with a replacement since it was already destined for another customer, (another parking lot with similar problems ), adding that "the world does not revolve around my society".
Can you imagine having purchased a vehicle with guaranteed delivery by a certain date, by a company that boasts professionalism, grandeur and assistance, and literally find itself "on foot"? Incredulous, as a historical client, I tried to contact Mr. Carlo Canti directly - Vis-Group holder - to update him on the situation and look for a solution but he constantly denied my attention.
So I thought of making contact with Sig.Michele Mazzuchelli - digital marketing manager - and Sig.Filippo Ruggerone, obtaining as a result only a further waste of time and their clear will to not care about the problem.
After years as a customer, I regret to say that I advise the Gruppo Vis.

I have a full optional Mazda6 with just over a year of life and about 35,000 km, so as they tell you when buying 3 years of total warranty.
After 2 weeks that the car was in the workshop due to clutch problems, I had to threaten to go through legal channels in order to get my car back and pass it under warranty, because Mazda Italia said it could be a wear problem.
1 year wear ??????? However, I haven't had a car for 3 weeks.
