the endless story of your poor efficiency in assisting your customers continues undaunted.

I was told that an albeit small car would be given as a replacement in case of breakdowns and failures, I would add recurring of your vehicles.

instead I have to unfortunately note that you can never keep the words spent, and today after the umpteenth failure and stationary vehicle that required the intervention of the tow truck,

we have been told by casorate that the replacement vehicle is paid!

I find such behavior unheard of

looking forward to your prompt reply, before taking legal action and making a review on your efficiency and a note to the Ford parent company on your "disservice"
