my parents went to this point to send me an import...

my parents went to this point to send me an important package here in london .... my parents send me the photo of the receipt and the address is completely wrong. I'm trying to call them but no one answers me. if a person gives you a non-Italian address and it is strange to have to write it as communicated. here in london it is not like in italy is indicated neighborhood area postcode number and address, on 5 words of this address three were wrong.
now the package where it will be sent? if my address is completely wrong?

Bad experience and absurd disorganization.
2 packages sent on 12/18/17. After 3 days only one arrives. By repeatedly calling for days I am told "lady arrives in the afternoon" or "lady arrives tomorrow". At the umpteenth call today I am told to contact the Milan transport company which tells me that the parcel is destroyed ... really I will never have anything to do again

Unreliable. 3 parcels sent from different areas of Italy on 13 December 2019 did not arrive for Christmas. They contained Christmas gifts for children. Still at the end of the year the SDA is not responding.

absolutely negative experience and since Google does not accept less than one star, I am forced to insert it.
on June 1, 2020, his last personal effects were sent to a relative who had settled in northern Italy via a maxi trolley suitcase, which, for the occasion, was adequately and appropriately packaged in bubble wrap; the trolley in question was new and never used, purchased as a Christmas gift, costing around 300 from Renato Balestra.

on 4.6.2020 it was received in Castelletto sul Ticino (NO) but with the trolley (wheels) completely broken and torn up probably due to a strong fall, thus making it unusable for any subsequent use !!! the relative immediately found the damage, consulted the courier SDA for explanations, but he denies any wrongdoing, asserting that he had arrived in this way.
Subsequently, the writer was therefore consulted by the kipoint of Barletta with headquarters in via Cavour, which also denied any responsibility by placing the blame on the SDA company.

By e-mail I sent photos of the damage found by activating the option of reading and receiving the e-mail, to be forwarded to the SDA in order to try to obtain compensation.

It should be noted that these options of the email itself, to date no response has been received from the owner of the kipoint in question, which suggests that the email has never been forwarded to those in charge!

They shipped two packages within a day of each other with an expected arrival of 24 hours. Arrived in 6 days, due to covid. But when they paid there is no covid now I am waiting for the refund.

They sent 2 packages in 2 days and they were supposed to be in Denmark in 24 hours. That's the service we paid. They arrived after 6 days I had to throw out things that were inside. My family paid and now that they have to refund there is the Covid19.
