on June 1, 2020, his last personal effects were sent to a relative who had settled in northern Italy via a maxi trolley suitcase, which, for the occasion, was adequately and appropriately packaged in bubble wrap; the trolley in question was new and never used, purchased as a Christmas gift, costing around 300 from Renato Balestra.

on 4.6.2020 it was received in Castelletto sul Ticino (NO) but with the trolley (wheels) completely broken and torn up probably due to a strong fall, thus making it unusable for any subsequent use !!! the relative immediately found the damage, consulted the courier SDA for explanations, but he denies any wrongdoing, asserting that he had arrived in this way.
Subsequently, the writer was therefore consulted by the kipoint of Barletta with headquarters in via Cavour, which also denied any responsibility by placing the blame on the SDA company.

By e-mail I sent photos of the damage found by activating the option of reading and receiving the e-mail, to be forwarded to the SDA in order to try to obtain compensation.

It should be noted that these options of the email itself, to date no response has been received from the owner of the kipoint in question, which suggests that the email has never been forwarded to those in charge!
