Simply unpresentable, they showed us an apartment without exaggerating more than 10 people at a time (almost 20 I would say), since they did not take money as a reservation form, we immediately took all the papers to the offices, WE WERE THE FIRST who said they had priority, what They received said that everything seemed to be perfect and that in the next few days they were going to contact us to continue advancing with the contract. We liked the apartment so we were going to rent it even though they had some somewhat abusive monthly expenses such as a monthly guarantee deposit for the 24 months of the contract that greatly exceeds one month's rent in the 2nd year.
The call never came, we thought everything was up and running and we had stayed calm, but almost a week later, as there was no news, we called and we found the BIG surprise that they had advanced with another interested party, (an acquaintance or friend of someone of them surely) when we had been the 1st and they had accepted all the documentation. I am grateful that this has happened since the word of these people is worth very little clearly and they play with the times and needs of the people.

Only months ago we dealt with this group of people with predetermined responses that do not have a minimum of coherence and respect for the tenant.
They gave us a property that is missing in its entirety from the contract, having to attach an incredible amount of photos verifying the deplorable state of the place and even so at the time of having to take charge they charged us until the visit of the electrician that they sent us (being that the property lacked light in several of its rooms, lamps, switches, etc.).
They increased the administrative cost without prior notice, we found out when we went to pay that they were $ 200 more than usual, and we sincerely doubt that they will return some of the guarantee deposit that they make you pay monthly ($ 552 x two years), being that months that we are doing things to the house to be able to inhabit it in the minimum.
Inefficient, best impossible word. We hope to survive the rest of the contract and that there are not many people who suffer in this way, I do not wish it on anyone.
