My personal experience, a shame how they handle themselves. They ask for a guarantee deposit as an exclusive to rent, and then they do not want to return it, for one reason or another, in my case it has been 6 months since the contract ended and so far they did not return anything to me and nobody is taking over .
Absolute lack of professionalism, definitely not recommended.
