Great food great service like always highly recommend this place pork skins are awesome

Half priced appetizers and the best sweet tea around. Some of the best southern style food around here.

Literally the best Bloody Mary in Pensacola/Milton area! Fried pickles with ranch and pork rinds with queso were amazing. Brisket and pulled pork were perfect and tender with house made bbq sauce that has a sweet kick great place!

Just not real crazy about BBQ sauce.
But, I might still go back.

Fried mullet special, hot n fresh. Large filets plus they include the backs which I love. Sides of delish coleslaw and fried okra that tasted like freshly breaded. GR8 !

Food was good but the food server had a bad attitude,the extra items that were requested to go with meal were brought after meal with ticket for payment that's not the way you do business or treat customers,I won't apologize for it but I will not be back.

Great BBQ of course. Sat at bar Courtney was the bar tender and was nice as could be. She was busy of course so seeing her alot was bad and asking about the place tell it slowed down was hard. But was amazing experience and for sure will go back

Amazing amazing amazing. This place has that down south southern hospitality. Add that with there tasty, fast, and charismatic host and severers (shout out to carolyn) this place is the perfect place to "PIG" out lol. Our food came out in like 10 minutes. I didn't have to ask for a refill, napkins, or dessert. The one and only disappointment I had while at Grover T's was that I got full and couldn't scarf the rest of my food down. A+ to the cook's and the rest of the staff!

It was my mother's 85th birthday. Some of the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday to her,she began to cry with happiness. It made her day. Thank you so much Grover T's. And for the great banana pudding too.

The staff and the food is absolutely wonderful I would recommend Grover T's to anyone I love it there. And Mr. Grover is alsome .

The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because portions could be better on the side items, I don t like leaving still feeling hungry. Food is good. I love the onion rings and pulled pork!

Mullet was great .They only served mullet Fri.,Saturday and Sunday

BBQ primarily. On Sundays there is a great mullet plate special, a local favorite. Mullet, two (2) sides and bread. Come early and you can get backbones added, no charge. If you don't understand backbones, just try some. Homestyle sides, cheese grits are traditional. Good place to go with friends.

Food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The atmosphere has a sports bar feel but also can be family friendly. Great mix with cheap beer and great barbeque. Service was also very friendly and managed to be there whenever we needed refills.

This is a great place for barbecue. The other reviews are correct. You will be stuffed when you leave. The wait staff were very friendly and we had no wait even on a Sunday afternoon. The barbecue nachos were great.

Really love the mushrooms and onion rings. BUT can't get a horseradish sauce to dip it in. However we bring our own. PLEASE make a sauce.

If you are always with a crowd and everyone (mostly the girls...lol) can't decide on what they want...come to Grover T's...they have something for everyone.
We've been here several times, and I've never had anyone at the table say they were disappointed!
For their diversity and quality, they get 5 stars all day!!!

Great food, and it didn't take long to get it. The only negative is the live music was too loud. You couldn't carry on a conversation with the other people in your party.

Friendly staff and a good place to eat. My wife's chopped brisket was amazing. The fries mushroom's we got for an appetizer was a very large portion. Will have to come here again and try more food. Wish they had some burnt ends .

Just went this afternoon with my family and can definitely say this place has yummy food for the price. My boys loved their pulled pork sandwiches and especially their fries, they were just the right amount of crunchy kn the outside but soft in the middle. I got the pulled pork platter with pork and bean and mac and LOVED it, couldn't get enough. Hubby got the brisket platter and was not so very pleased but sucked it up; hence the 4 stars. As you can tell from the picture, the brisket was a little dry. But other than that, everything else was super good. Was not expensive at all. Our waiter was also very attentive. Highly recommend this place if you're in town.

Very disappointed of this restaurant family meal pull pork . $26.00 only serve 2 (maybe). I could feed 2 with tha portion. And I was consorvitite.
Charge more if you need to be truthful

Good food, decent setting, plenty of parking. The only thing holding this place back is the abundance of rude customers that seem to frequent the place on Sundays (I've only been there twice, both times were on a Sunday).
The staff was friendly and constantly apologizing for things that weren't even a concern. It got me about halfway through the meal that all of the tables around me were full of people complaining about drafts or condensation on their iced tea glasses.

Really great bbq and excellent prices. You can't go wrong eating here. I'll be back for sure.

We love the food there. We like music but way too loud. When you go out with your friends you want to be able to talk and hear what they have to say. Great for the bar but not for dinner. Just my opinion!

We had lunch to celebrate the birthdays of three of our friends and they treated us like we were family.

If you leave hungry, it's your fault. Great food, great service and great prices.

First time here, heard from someone this is a good place. We ordered the brisket, ribs, and sausage and they were really good. Very juicy. Not dry at all. The only thing was the sausage was very salty. The sides: mac and cheese, okra, beans, and potato were good as well. The okra was fresh and definitely housemade. It wasn't rush hour when we came in. The food came out fast. We tried the loaded fries appetizer as well since they waitress said it was half price. The muffins were so soft and poist. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic food and service. Food was hot and served fresh and in a timely manner. Resturant was very clean and presentable. I will continue to go back.

Two of us had baked potatoes with brisket and one of us had a baked potatoe with pork. All 3 potatoes were over done. Sent mine back and asked if they couldn't do better to replace with sandwich. Brought me back another potatoe. No better at all. Ask for manager. Unsatisfactory response. He compted my meal but no one else's, even after I told him they were all overdone and the kitchen should have never sent them out. I have worked restaurants. He should have compted our whole bill and provided us all with replacement meals. I won't go back.

Waited 45 min no food. WAlked out. We were waited on promptly and ordered plates of brisket and sausage, nothing complicated. Restaurant at about 40% occupancy so obviously poorly managed or under staffed kitchen.

Glad we stopped in, southern cooking and southern hospitality. Food was delicious. We will be back.

I had a great server, not sure what her name was ; she served me tonight. Food is excellent as well. However I have encountered a certain server there who has been very ugly towards me and my family. My boyfriend plays there and I feel that our family and I should enjoy our time without feeling uncomfortable. It s ridiculous. My boyfriend stated he spoke with the manager on duty and I haven t seen a change. I m not sure what her problem is but it needs to stop. It s a family restaurant, not middle school. I would hope that management would care more about their paying costumers and put their friends in check .

So I have to go 4 stars because my order was messed up. However the rest of what ordered was so good that I forgot they didn't include my sausage on my 3 meat plate. I didn't say anything at the time because overall the visit was good. Quick seating, good food and portions. Wait staff thus far hit and miss...but we will be back. It's literally right down the road and they have a drive thru.

This place is so good. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for BBQ. The House made sauce is really good and the BBQ is finger licking good and fall-off-the-bone tender. My husband and I cleaned our plates and those were some hefty plates. Pick a meat, two sides, and a corn muffin and you won't be disappointed. We were stuffed when we left, just because we couldn't stand leaving anything on the plate.
The hard ice tea was good too, and a reasonable price! The staff was really friendly and the ambiance was great for families, and/or date nights.
The bathrooms were clean and smelled good, which is also important! This is definitely our new BBQ spot!

Great fried foods. If you like fried mushrooms; try Grovers. In my opinion they are the best in Pensacola.

Ordered the rib and chicken combo. One thing that a BBQ place should be proud of are their ribs, and the ribs here were terrible. Dry and dull are two words to perfectly describe what I was served. Also the grade of meat is pitiful, not a full rib bone, they are cut...the actual rib was about 2.5 inches long....The beans were dull as well....The cornbread was good...Due to the food here I had plenty of room for ice cream back home....never will go here again....

Excellent service and very good food. Waitress wore mask and maintained social distancing. I had Brunswick stew and b-b-q potato with pulled pork. This is my go-to spot for the stew.

Some of the best pulled pork barbecue I've had. Enjoyed the jalapeno deviled eggs they were different and very delicious. Very good staff.

Fantastic food! Huge portions! Friendly, attentive staff. The best smashed potatoes we've ever had! We will be back, again and again!

Customer service was great our food was made perfectly to order was hot tasted good the only thing that made it not so great was the busyness of it caused the customer service to be a little bit slower than it should have been
