Had a great stay, only complaint was the variety of food but saying that, I was never hungry. I would have returned again but after seeing the way they treated customers after the Thomas Cook collapse would not visit again.

The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is lazy and not friendly. The hotel seems to be after repair, but they didn t finish it all, the socket doesn t work, the doors do not close.

Amazing hotel! Fantastic helpful and friendly staff! Stayed for 1 week and the rooms are very well equipped and spotless! Good selection of food and I like the fact you can watch them cook your dish exactly how you want fresh!

When we arrived it seemed fairly quiet, bit even as it got busier towards the end of our week there was plentiful sun loungers available either on the gorgeous white sand beach or around any of the 3 outdoors pools.
The only negative point for myself was the a la carte restaurant was a bit disappointing, Nothing wrong with the food as such probably more my expectations. Service took a while and the dishes weren't hot when they did arrive. Seemed to be good from the buffet just plated up fancy, but couldn't actually fault the cooking of it!
Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back if in Tunisia again.

Had a lovely week's holiday here the staff couldn't be any more helpful, tipping occasionally here can get you a long way to having a better experience and the animation team are grate with the kids, located on its own beach with security, its clean well kept could do with a little modernisation but other than that it's an all rounder and a thumbs up.

Was extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel.
I was staying in the Les Orangers beach resort next door to this hotel and myself and my friend were interested in having a look around planning a future trip.
The security man at the gate to his credit was pleasant asking us to go to reception which we did.
On arrival at the hotel reception we were greeted by a grumpy receptionist asking "what do you want" I explained that we would like to look around the hotel as we were planning a future holiday.
"Wait over there two minutes" she directed. We waited around ten minutes being completely ignored by the receptionist as she went about her other tasks.
After that time I decided to give up on any chance of looking around. If that's how they treat potential customers what are they like after they have your money.
The reception area looked clean and modern but that's as far as we got.
All in all not a good impression I'm sorry to say.
A simply magnificent hotel and this on all points: magnificent decoration, very neat space, impeccable service and spacious room.
It has a unique All Inclusive with drinks: quality soft and alcoholic drink, the buffet is great (salads, carpacio, sushi, grilled meats, pasta, pizza, ...), a 24 hour snack, a beach bar with a good menu to eat: Burger, pizza, fries, mazze, ...
In short, the place to be.

Hotel is great, staff are great and most helpfull. But the food is awfull. Breakfast didn't include bacon sausages hash browns mushrooms or anything you would expect for an English breakfast. It's not because they don't serve pork products as roast pork was on the menu at times. Plates were cold so the food was cold as well. Another resident pointed out that if the food was cold there was a microwave available, this seems a poor substitute for warm food. They serve some odd options for the main courses, I'm not at all fussy but this was bad. Margerine supplied and no butter. Beer good as were all the drinks. A la carte menu was well presented but looked better than it tasted. Perhaps it's aimed at Tunisian tastes.

The reception was very cordial. Extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful staff - everywhere in the hotel. The food is superb and available 24 hours. By jns 5 out of 5 stars plus Bonj's star.
This hotel area is very nice, certainly a bit getting old but still very nice the staff with their very kind nature and all around it is the reason that I am back at Christmas although I would have looked at other hotels with 5 stars I always decide to read orange. If you have all inclusive you are 24 hours supplied with food and drink, where else is that possible ... Or even a bottle of wine to the room with no problem. I'll be back...

The hotel is a luxury hotel with great service and is definitely worth its stars.
The rooms are modern and bright. They are cleaned daily as well as the entire facility. Attention is paid to every detail and the wishes of the guests are met.
A big thank you goes to Mourad, the bartender, and Nassab, the bartender of the Wellness Bar, who offered us the best service at the pool every day! They were very friendly and courteous to all guests. We received a drinks cooler every day, which was refilled several times a day, and we were pampered with the most delicious dishes at lunchtime at the wellness pool. THANK YOU!
The lti Les Orangers Garden has an excellent and varied cuisine that we could enjoy every day. Whether meat or fish, fruit or vegetables, starter or dessert, everything was fresh and delicious. There was something for everyone - just perfect!
Also a big thank you to Wassime, who brought each guest a pad for the lounger and a towel. The pool was also checked and cleaned daily by him.
Overall, we can recommend this hotel to everyone with great and luxurious service !!!!!

Today is June 9th and we are here for the second day. Excellent hotel. Very beautiful, just like in the photo. In Russian, the staff does not speak, not all speaks in English, however, they are very expensive and responsive. The food is very tasty and everything is prepared right for you and for you. You can use all the services of the neighboring hotel. The sea is clear and transparent. There are many vacationers, but sometimes there is a feeling that you are alone here - and this is exactly what we need now. Everything is new and very beautiful. The hotel is quiet, there is no animation, but it is in the next, if the soul asks, then I went to hang out and back to peace and quiet. Birds are singing and a splash of water is heard from the sea. Great place, I'll try to add on after vacation
The best thing about Hammamet is this hotel. Everything is perfect here. The whole team including housekeeping does a great job. The plant is in great shape and is daily visible maintained and maintained. We are very satisfied and can recommend it to any guest of quality and service only recommend.
