I can only recommend a great hotel, nice staff and everything is tidy and clean, and if something is not as it should, the multilingual reception always helps and very quickly, there is nothing to complain about here, even if the hotel is already something is older.
I will probably come again.
There are mostly German guests here.
And the next vacation here is booked. So here again and again.

Holding Thomas Cook holidaymakers hostage unless they pay the hotel directly for the holiday they have already paid Thomas Cook for!
My Brother informs me that even the British holidaymakers that are independent travellers are being held and have now missed their flight home.
I recommend that everyone stays away from Tunisia in future if this is how they are going to treat their customers.

Everyone with little care, setting and very beautiful rooms.

The hotel is the second of the group "The orange trees".

By cons this hotel does not offer entertainment and focuses on rest; however, if you want to enjoy more "Club" entertainment (water aerobics, mini club etc.) know that you can go to the bar and restaurant of orange beach which is located 50 m from the hotel because it is even complex (accessible by the beach or the road).

This is a very good compromise if you have children!

Excellent Hotel and one of the best in Hammamet Tunisia. We took the suit with sea view. The room is amazing and has everything needed for 5 stars hotel. The WiFi is fast. The sea was fabulous. The food was very good. We had Tuna fish. The fruits were amazing and very tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel.
We visited this hotel in June 2020 after the Covid and all security norms are respected in terms of protection against this virus with high level of professionalism.

For an all inclusive hotel this is surprising! Feelings of staying in a hotel a la carte. Many restaurants, snacks, bars ... Staff cares, very correct room, excellent food, good animation. Beach very well done. To see the rest of the stay ...

You are very welcome. Everyone is warmly welcomed and served. The complex is very clean and well maintained. Everywhere in the complex it is very green and lovingly planted and tended by gardeners every day. The facility is spacious and everything is distributed very well. The beach is recommended, very clean and you have crystal clear water if you want to cool off. There is a great variety of food and drinks and there is something for everyone. Daily changing menu. The entertainment is very hard and with great commitment, but not too intrusive, which is very pleasant. The hotel is definitely recommended.

Beautiful hotel!

Beautiful hotel!
Since the rooms are divided into several buildings and bungalows, there is no huge hotel building, but several winding buildings.
There is a lot to discover on the site! From hookah bars and indoor pools to fitness rooms and horse stables. The garden is also an absolute dream. Everything is green and blooming and there are hammocks hanging between the palm trees, where you can really relax. Really very well maintained.
The pool area is also impressive! There are many places to sit and relax.
The food is freshly prepared and you can watch the chefs doing it. There is something for everyone: vegetarian, savory, sweet, extraordinary, traditional, ...
There is a buffet in the main building in the morning and in the evening (it is constantly refilled here) and you can eat lunch either in the beach restaurant or at the buffet on the beach. There is also a small snack for those who are hungry.

The hotel beach is very clean, there are enough shady spots and the loungers are placed where you want them to be. Towels especially for the beach are placed in your room.
It is also ensured that no beach vendors come to the loungers. You can really just relax and let your mind wander. There is also a lot to do outside of it: ride a buggy through the hinterland, whiz across the Mediterranean in a catamaran or experience action on a pirate ship.

The rooms were always clean and tidy. Our bathroom was really big and clean. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view! And WOW! What a sea view.
There is also air conditioning in the room, which is easy to operate. The beds were always made very nicely with flowers and folded towels.

Of course there are some weeds here and there, the paint is flaking off and in some places you can see that the hotel is a bit old. But that's no reason for me to take off a star.
The staff is friendly and not intrusive. Of course, the waiter and our favorite cook (and of course the other employees) were very happy about tips.

We stayed at Les Orangers for 10 days and it was a dream! We would come back anytime!

Maybe not a hotel for people who bother with little things, but I felt very comfortable here. The furniture in the room is not the newest, the resort is stunningly beautiful ... huge palm trees ... ancient gum trees ... beautiful olives and eucalyptus trees. Beach restaurant and beach a dream. The food was really varied and always great fish dishes. Value for money top. I'll be back

Warning: After the Thomas Cook bankruptcy, the hotel management held paying guests hostage and extorted ransom from them. Only with the help of Tunisia's Tourism Minister was it possible to evacuate the tourists.

Beautiful hotel and stunning location on the beach. Staff friendly and Hotel very clean. Good food served at all times. Clean pool and pool area. Maids fantastic. Lovely holiday despite it being cold as it was February. Would definately go back again.

This was an outstanding holiday. The price was ridiculously cheap - no doubt because of the Sousse incident and the fact that package holidays for Brits have just started again. The food was the best ever - really outstanding. Make sure you use the a la carte restaurants too. Customer service was excellent. It was good to see mature waiters and bar staff who really knew their job and were so friendly. Maid was outstanding too. I've seen there are comments about the hotel not being 5 star quality. I agree. But given the price it was amazing. The indoor pool was very warm but needs a makeover - some of the finishing in the bathroom in the rooms was not perfect - but adequate. Toilets in the bars etc were beautiful and clean and smelt great! Freshly squeezed oranges at the hotel, from their own gardens, was simply the best I've ever tasted - even better than Florida. Cant fault the hotel and staff. Highly recommended. Couple of things to note. You can't get local currency cash on a card at the hotel. This needs to be done at an ATM. I suggest you take enough sterling and change that up at the hotel as required. Another scam at the airport to be aware of - if you change Dinar back to sterling at the airport (which you have to do) the exchange rate is terrible and a number of us ended up with old #10 notes and #1 coins - so check what they give you back carefully. If you visit you will enjoy I am sure.

Beach very well and guarded. Hotel unfortunately getting old. Environment very bad. Only recommended for beach days. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant Well ..... a matter of taste. Should have been much better in the past.

Hotel very dated. We upgraded to superior sea view room only thing superior was the view. Room was clean.Food was the same every day .24hour bar was smoking so we never visited Entertainment was outside but again there was not a designated smoking area. Outside were a few shops the area left a lot to be desired. This was our 6th visit to Tunisia so we knew what to expect but have always went to Sousse.

A simply magnificent hotel and this on all points: magnificent decoration, very neat space, impeccable service and spacious room.

It has a unique All Inclusive with drinks: quality soft and alcoholic drink, the buffet is great (salads, carpacio, sushi, grilled meats, pasta, pizza, ...), a 24 hour snack, a beach bar with a good menu to eat: Burger, pizza, fries, mazze, ...

In short, the place to be.

This is shown at 4* on alot of sites, I would say it is an english 3*. Didnt take as many pictures as I would've liked. Hotel mains areas are nice and clean. The grounds are mostly lovely. Rooms are a little dated but not drastically so. We didnt use the outdoor pool but looked nice. Indoor pool is heated, and by the week of the week a lityle cloudy, also surrounds drains are not in the best of conditions - not used by alot of people so nice for a espace.
Hotel is right on the beach which is lovely, lots of sunbeds. Theres also a big but nice presents of secuirty - guys on the beach, petrols on quad bikes and horse back.
The hotel does have its own ranch for horse back riding for 35 dinar you get 1 hour. Horses were not in the greatest of conditions and seemed tired. 4 of us went all beginners and the lesson was 'right is right, left is left and back is stop'. Also gave one of our group a stick to make the mare go faster - was not used. Although enjoyable - we decided not to ride again.
Food while okay - was after a few days samey.
We did see on two occasions cockroaches (or what we think are) the grounds get sprayed every night and both times they were by windows, so might and crawled in. We saw no signs they we in the rooms.
Few other issues - air con had a weird smell and our bath and sink did not drain quickly.
Staff were wondering! Apart from when we had an issue with our room key, the gentalman that dealt with us was rude - assumed it was our fault. Note at the time we went they seemed to be having issues with room keys and we only got one for the 2 of us.
Overall, a nice hotel, has it flaws and i dont know where its getting its 4* from.

good

I have stayed at Les Orangers several times while living in Tunisia. This is the newer Les Orangers. There is also an older Les Orangers further down the beach in Hammamet. The newer Les Orangers is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. I highly recommend staying at this hotel during the summer season. The staff is very attentive and accommodating to guest needs.

This hotel barricades and locks its own guests inside their hotel, for bills that the guests have already fully paid for. This is an absolutely vile and uncivilized action. Any dispute that the hotel has should be resolved between them and Thomas Cook (the travel agency). For a luxury hotel to do this to its own guests is beyond belief. This is a third-world, knee-jerk reaction by hotel management.

A new hotel with large rooms and bungalows partly with pool and each has a terrace with beach and loungers. And the best part of everything is from the water to the beach towel and pads for the beach chairs. 5 stars are true here.

We have just spent 15 days in this hotel, we enjoyed the quality of the food, the truly outstanding buffets, the competent and attentive staff, beautiful gardens and direct access to the beach, in short perfect, we will come back.

An outstanding resort run by enthusiastic, professional and courteous staff who really care about your experience. The place is immaculately kept (If a little dated in places) and the gardens are maintained with such pride. All inclusive guests get great choice of food and drink and can eat and drink around the clock. Security keep you safe and housekeeping keep the place spotless. I would recommend this resoet to anyone.

Absolutely amazing hotel, location and staff. Everything was better than expected, well worth the price.
If i had to find one negative factor, it would have to be the size and layout of the main dining area. It's almost like being in a canteen with tables crammed in next to each other and it can get pretty noisy.

Everything was amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful, loads of food and something for everyone. Rooms weren't extravagant, but they were well looked after, cleaned everyday and comfortable. Animation team were great providing lots of activities. Just a well rounded great experience
