Was extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel.
I was staying in the Les Orangers beach resort next door to this hotel and myself and my friend were interested in having a look around planning a future trip.
The security man at the gate to his credit was pleasant asking us to go to reception which we did.
On arrival at the hotel reception we were greeted by a grumpy receptionist asking "what do you want" I explained that we would like to look around the hotel as we were planning a future holiday.
"Wait over there two minutes" she directed. We waited around ten minutes being completely ignored by the receptionist as she went about her other tasks.
After that time I decided to give up on any chance of looking around. If that's how they treat potential customers what are they like after they have your money.
The reception area looked clean and modern but that's as far as we got.
All in all not a good impression I'm sorry to say.
