Have 3 Nissan vehicles 2 of these were recalled by Nissan SA.
Left airbags.
Had the Xtrail done at Group 1 Nissan. Kuilsriver.
Mechanic damaged the dashboard directly below the airbag.
Neither Group 1 or Nissan SA wants to claim responsibility.
ARE THE MECHANICS AT GROUP 1 QUALIFIED TO WORK ON THIS TYPE OF VEHICLES?
I wanted my car's lights to be fixed. They charged me R1200 just to observe what was wrong. That is without anything done. Really?

Very bad service ...phoned them yesterday to make an appointment for service ...they said i should be there at 7:30 ...i got there at 5:30 am ....they took the car in at 7:30 told me they would be done round about 3pm this after i was the first there in the morning .It is now 4pm and i still have not received any news yet...i have to phone and ask what is wrong with the car .....Honestly 2nd time experiencing bad service ....the advisor named Carmen does not know what the word service means .
Very well received. Salesman met us outside and chatted ( as oppose to shoving the car specs downs our throats) us through the car details. We were never under pressure to buy now.....although that was our only intentions. Well done Ethan...you were excellent!!
