China Crown Review

1st and last time eating food from there. Upset stomach after eating there.

The absolute best Chinese take-out in all of Michigan. Great food, amazing service everytime.

Food is always awesome and staff are friendly! Glad they've managed through COVID.

I love the shrimp fried rice and egg rolls and the people in this place.

last night was the first time in this place. But It is obviously not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the great meal and wine and with the honest charge. We will surely go back there in a short time.

China Crown is a pretty decent choice for Chinese takeout in the Novi Area. The menu has no frills, but it'll provide everything you expect from any basic Chinese eatery. As a bonus, they make the ordering/ pick up process very straightforward and easy, which is always appreciated mid-pandemic.

When you pick up, you'll need to wear a mask, the staff is wearing masks, and they'll pass you your food from behind a plexiglass divider. Additionally, the staff is very nice and quite friendly!

The food is really what drives the 3 star review -- it's not bad, but it's not great... it's truly A-OK. The Lo Mein is slightly above average, but the Fried Rice is definitely below average (100% sure I wouldn't order it again).

Overall, I don't think you'll have a bad experience from China Crown... but in an area with tons of options for takeout, there's nothing that sticks out abut China Crown that makes it a strong contender.

Ok I'm not sure what the other posters are talking about, this is cheap food to the max. SweetSour and Almond chicken use nugget like chicken, deep fried children's menu type stuff, the crab Rangoon are tiny and basically filled with cream cheese and nothing else. The chicken Lo Mein uses spegatti noodles instead of more angel hair-ish and it was soaked in soy sauce and didn't seem to have it's own sauce....poor quality all around. Probably good hang over type food. The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly

I ordered from here tonight and was not happy. I was overcharged from what their website menu prices are when I got home I called them and she said that their website prices were updated due to COVID but they clearly weren t. I was so frustrated that I just said forget it. Also the food was just pure grease and made my stomach upset. Not happy

Staff are always friendly with a sweet sense of humor. The Lemon Chicken is tangy and the lightly breaded chicken are in small bite-size pieces. They tell us exactly how long it will take for our order. Food is ready and we haven't wasted time waiting, ever ! It is a take-out place that we can count on.
