Rooms are clean, with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and you can control the heating and cooling system. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Chalet does give you a homey feeling, but the maintenance does seem to be out of date and the building seems in need of a serious upgrade. A bit pricey for what you are getting as well, probably due to the number of students who stay here for extended times. Internet and cell service are also sporadic for the building.

Staff is really nice I walked in with an over tired cranky 1 year old. The desk clerk helped me to my room with my bag and was very polite and very helpful. I loved the free laundry that is awesome especially because of my son. Beds are comfy rooms are cozy if I had to be nit picky my only complaint would be the television quality sucked and very little choice for channels.

Staff was exceptionally nice. Customer service was outstanding. We were provided with a portacrib for my 6 mos old grandson. We were allowed to hang around with our sailor after checkout in the Hospitality Room, which was really nice, as she wasn't allowed off base without an escort. It was really nice having cooking/kitchen facilities at our disposal 24/7.

The rooms are very quaint, nice carpeting and well arranged. The price is steep for not having a gym, of any sort, or breakfast. However, there is a gym across the street and microwave with refrigerator in the room. Not bad for travel, I d be pissed if I were to stay here on TDY.

I love how the rooms look after their last remodel. It is in the heart of the base, so close walking distance to many things: golf course, indoor heated swimming pool, bowling alley/late night pub, and both gyms (yes, there are TWO). It is located around the corner from the NEX and Commissary. For the base itself having a no-flame policy, they work well by having crock pots and hot plates to utilize on their main floor. Would definitely recommend. Their prices in summer beat anywhere out in town.

Old room. Old designs like most places here in the New London area. No kitchen or kitchenette inside room.
