Super helpful & respectful staff! They are also incredibly knowledgeable. They have a great range of products for beginners and professionals.

Personally and professionally, this is my one and only stop for all things music. The store, itself is my happy place, particularly the robust sheet music department and the staff. However deepest appreciation goes to the school support department, specifically Bill Golden, as he goes above and beyond to meet the fast acting and random requests of mine, be it 120 recorders in a 12 hour turn around so students will all have access during remote learning, or a tub of broken instrument parts for a unique lesson on orchestral instruments. Thank you, Bill!

Groth Music is a Minnesota treasure. Great selection of instruments, good repair service, mind-bogglingly extensive sheet music collection for all imaginable instruments, chamber combinations, and performance levels from beginner to pro. Knowledgeable and competent staff in all areas. Fun, dangerous place to browse!

Bill Golden was especially accommodating in helping me on a recent time-consuming project to develop educational materials. Sheet music staff is great at tracking down and ordering hard-to-find scores.

Both times I went into Groth for percussion repair, they were able to find extra parts and meet my needs in a moments notice. The staff ranging from the repair shop, the sheet music, along with the guitar and percussion folks were always generous with their time and happy to help me out. Even if a broken part is bugging me, I ll be looking forward to visiting their shop again!

Advertised item was listed at a bargain price but when I ordered it was out of stock. A refund was promptly offered but I decided to wait. The item arrived much sooner than expected, and in good order. All in all, a very pleasant purchase experience. Would buy again from this vendor.

Guys, do not bother with Guitar Center. Groth has everything.

Don't pass up an opportunity to go here! It's awesome! They have a ton of different instruments and lots of space so you don't constantly feel like you're going to trip or break something. Great guitar, ukulele, and drum selection, among other instruments. They have a huge music section here where you can get sheet music and such. There's even music-related decorations and trinkets you can get.

This is a top-notch place. They answered all of our questions about guitars and classic guitars and guitar strings. They also went out of their way to help us and understand violins for my young daughter. If you want personalized help with music and instruments, this is the place to go.
