Pricey? Yes, but they had some unique options for furniture. It's also a plus that they had their own parking lot (very tiny, I believe only 4 spaces, but still a bonus). Kyle was very friendly, attentive, and helpful if we had any questions. There wasn't anything that really caught my eye, but I would recommend them because of customer service and the different types of furniture options they had. Grossman does a lot of custom pieces, which I thought was awesome as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Grossman Furniture in Philadelphia! Even during these trying times, Kyle and all of the associates Grossman have done everything possible to ensure a smooth furniture buying experience. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful in all matters including design and the estimated delivery time was even shorter than expected! Their delivery team is top rate as well. I ve just ordered for the fifth time from Grossmans and I m sure it won t be the last! Rest assured of great customer service and only quality merchandise!

Reasonable price point and a diverse range of furniture selections. Helpful staff, too. Close to Old City attractions.

This place is terrible. We have been waiting over 5 months for my grand daughters furniture. It was not special ordered. The new baby is due any minute. We need the furniture. We were promised this furniture months ago. They keep saying someone is going to call us and they never do. I wish I could cancel but it is too late. My daughter is so upset. No communitcation, just lies, no return calls. They are horrible.

Shopping at Grossman Furniture Store was an enjoyable experience. Kyle, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and helpful. We just received our furniture today and it's perfect. The delivery men were also very personable and professional.

I worked with Lynnel about customizing my Vanguard barstools which turned out amazing. Lynnel took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me look through fabric swatches to see what would be best compliment the furniture that I already owned.

We have made many purchases at Grossmans over the years, and the most recent one may have been the best one yet. Working with AJ was smooth and easy, and delivery and setup was seamless.

Lynnel Eisberg is truly amazing and has such an amazing talent . She helped make our visions come to life with our shore house... she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and getting exactly what we wanted . The follows up she gave us were outstanding , she has a passion for what she does and it shows and there is no one else I would trust to help make our dreams come true. The delivery guys were great as well ... My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Grossman and having an interior decorator help you , do not hesitate and contact Lynnel Eisberg at Grossman... you will not be disappointed with the service you receive .
