We worked with Gates on switching our service from Republic to Groot. He was knowledge and quick to respond to our questions and concerns about the contract. He was able to get us an extra recycling container and still lower our monthly cost from what we paid with Republic. His service was excellent and we would recommend Gates to other homeowners, condo associations or commercial businesses looking to save money on their trash and recycling services

I have only good comments to say about Groot. We dropped service with another garbage disposal service and started with Groot. I have been working with Rosie Catalo who has excellent customer service skills and always responds quickly to any questions I have. Our dumpster arrived clean and in good shape and our pick up service has always been on schedule. Their price is better than other companies I researched. I would highly recommend Groot for your garbage disposal needs.
