Were in Groningen and visited the Robin exhibition. Impressive.

Were in Groningen and visited the Robin exhibition. Impressive.
Great place! Gladly admired for a second time. And only met friendly support.
Easily accessible museum opposite the train station. Beautiful building and inside everything is perfectly arranged and in order.
Now with a very nice exhibition about the Rolling Stones
Nice! In the end it was on the pricey side, 15 euros per person for about an hour that we have been inside.
Beautiful exhibition seen from glassblower Chihuly. Nice special museum. Nice staff and it is nice to have a drink there.
Lots of modern art
You gotta love that
Nice exhibition of zenses and you can touch things in that exhibition that is fun
A fantastic exhibition in a fantastic location. It was more than worth the long journey.
Seems just like the Ikea, especially because of the pencils. Leee (The guide that we received) was nice, but we had to look at the signs to provide information about the documents, for example. And she cannot speak decent Dutch, for example, it is not that hole, but that hole. She helped us well with the questions if we didn't know them. The museum is a bit dirty, and the water is green. The job lounge was nice, because there are lamps in the shape of breasts. We did not find ourselves safe in the museum, because it looked rickety and the water was flooded. The museum earned 0 stars. But Leee 2 stars. Hence the 1 star.
Beautiful building, beautiful exhibition. Easy to reach by public transport. Tip, park the car at P & R Hoogkerk and take the bus to the main station in Groningen. The Groninger Museum is then within walking distance.
Loved the museum, all its facilities and especially the current Chihuly exhibition. I would recommend it to Art Lovers. Kids might enjoy it too, but the exhibitions may not be active enough for them, since you can't touch the objects. But there is a little atelier where you can create your own art, which the little (and older) ones would definitely enjoy. The museum has a little shop and a restaurant.
The building itself impressed us the most. Especially the stairs.
Unfortunately the exhibition of all photos did not affect us. But of course tastes differ.
The modern art was colorful and okay.
On the occasion of the David Bowie exhibition, we visited this architecturally beautiful museum. Unfortunately, it was a bit crowded because of the Bowie hype. Other exhibitions can probably be enjoyed with more peace. Sure we were not there for the last time.
Unfortunately exhibition over
Like to be admired for a second time.
Ambiance and staff like a museum should be.
Accessible museum, also the museum restaurant is barrier-free. Spacious, friendly employees.
Super nice museum. Here and there also some interactive artworks.
Beautiful inspiring museum with attractively detailed exhibitions.
Beautiful museum, creatively executed from the outside and inside.
Exposition of glass will look forward to you from all rooms.
Minus, the permanent collection of bluebell may be back in the basement. Is there already from the beginning of this building, place something different.
Striking building opposite the main station. Often beautiful and interesting exhibitions.
Nice museum a few steps from the station. Wonderful exhibition about David Bowie. But the works of designer Joris Laarman are also very worthwhile.
Nice museum and exhibitions, building is already worth a visit
Fantastically beautiful museum with an impressive exhibition.
Beautiful exhibition, we would like to come back again.
A bit of a disappointment, I found the exterior more beautiful than the exhibition rooms themselves. It feels very colossal and lacks the heat. Rodin had to pay an extra 5 euros, personally I find that a bit exaggerated. I found the memphis design very interesting.
You can not visit Groningen without visiting the Groninger Museum. Then with "De Ploeg" !!
Super. Enchanting. Cacaphony of color and image ....
Super fun to go with children. Interesting, educational and above all fun!
Surprisingly beautiful museum.
Lots of different topics.
Free for students, which is brilliant, and good food served as well. Some very interesting exhibitions, but all very VERY post-modern, which becomes dull after a while
Chihuly exhibition of glass art is highly recommended. Beautiful museum
Public attraction no.1 in the city ... beautiful exhibitions.
Exciting architecture! That alone makes a detour to Groningen worthwhile. The permanent exhibition has an almost exclusive local reference, but is worth seeing because of the extensive documentation of the artist group 'De Ploeg'.
Also great with hot weather, everything nice and cool!
At the moment a great exhibition of glass wizard Chihuly
Superb museum, very modern - located on an artificial island
We went to see the David Bowie exhibition, very beautiful setting and very beautiful tribute by the exterior decoration.
The prices are a bit high but if you are going to Groningen this is a must do.
With granddaughters to Presence van Daan Roosgaarde. Found them super fun!
A nice museum to visit. A beautiful exhibition of glass art. Seen fabulously beautiful pieces.
Worth to travel from Central Netherlands. Doubly worth its money.
The restaurant has drinks and lunch dishes that are tasty at a reasonable price.
A beautiful exhibition of the Rollingstones corona sample quite good distance beautiful photos beautiful studio made after all the clothing that the Rollingstones wore is displayed a top exhibition
Let's face it, the museum is terribly ugly on the outside. It is an abstract disorder that stands out like an ulcer in front of the beautiful 19th-century station building. I sincerely wonder how many drying agents the architect took before he started drawing. The museum inside is quite nice, there is always a new exhibition and therefore reason to come back. There is also apparently a studio where you can paint yourself, which I think is a very nice addition.
Beautiful museum with surprising new exhibitions. A stone's throw from station and city center.
Nice museum many beautiful paintings to see at least 6 hours of viewing pleasure.
Groninger Museum:
Was very unique of its kind
Nice museum and easily accessible by public transport.
Great exhibition and very interesting installations. Would love to see more of Daan Roosegaarde.
Chihuly ..... in one word beautiful. A must to go. I was happy all day.
Groningen is also a world city in the Netherlands. There in our north, this stylish city already gives you a very small, but unmistakable, touch of Scandinavia. The Groninger Museum, built in the unique "Memphis style" is always worth a visit. This is also the case in April 2018 with the exhibition "Romanticism in the North". Go see that and stick around in "City".
