Cozy tent, not such good food unfortunately often very busy.

A little bit on the pricey side. Nice place to perch yourself outside and people watch for a while. Staff are friendly.

Really great burger, but a desperate cake (old, dry).

I like this bar. The service is very good and they have a large selection of beers.

I come here every Ajax home game with friends. The service is fine, when it is busy they have an extra beer delivery. The outdoor tables have patio heaters. Nice place to talk about the game before everyone goes home.

Went to Muse yesterday and drank in this eatery. Meet nice people from Amsterdam and decided to eat something together. Was super cozy and the double hamburger went well .. no weak hamburger! I don't recognize myself in many other reviews here..or perhaps the concert audience is just fun to drink and eat with. We are going here again next time. Operation was great and fast!

Arrive on a Friday evening in an almost empty cafe. The waiter is walking around looking bored, we ask for the menu. After being ignored for over 10 minutes, while we were basically the only ones there we decided to leave and drink elsewhere. Non-existant service!

Expected much more from an 18 euro burger. Was very disappointed. Expensive place with mediocre food. One star for the nice waiter.

Rarely had such a bad lukewarm hamburger sandwich, and that for 19.95 . Really unique bad, next time I walk to the Febo!

Reserved for 2 people and then you are almost on your neighbors lap. After 25 minutes still nobody came to take the drinks at all. But left because we only had hours left to eat something. My tip for this tent. Provide enough staff when it is busy ...

Service can be a bit slow at times. Menu is decent and the atmosphere is nice.

Do not go here if it is not necessary, too expensive, poor service, food very simple and above all very atmospheric!

Good service, expect that when it is busy it sometimes takes a little longer before you have your drinks.

Cool environment. I liked the bitterballs despite being a bit pricey.

Good beer at a good price. A very nice place to visit has a lot of personality.

good food, a bit standard and very few choices on event days

A while ago I came here to have dinner and the food was quite good. Yesterday asked for a Burger (18.50 EUR!!), came with dry bread, bad meat, seemed frozen for a while and grilled, over cooked. Asked why the burger was like that, they brought another one, was exactly the same. Good for the location, but I advise to choose another place to eat really.

Nice place to drink a beer or a coffee before or after you visited the Ziggo Dome, HMH, or Pathe Cinema. All buildings around this place are super modern, not too cosy, but inside this bar there is a different atmosphere.. :-)

Unfortunately it is always quite loud in there so I can hardly hear my friends.

Nice location, but quite expensive place. After Ajax s matches it is full, so you ll find a company if you are a football fan ;)

Little taste of food. Less choice than on the site. And suddenly a lot more expensive than stated on the site. Bah

Ambiance is cool ... Service leaves much to be desired in my opinion.

Good place to have a beer or something to eat when you go go the movies, the Arena or the Ziggo Dome.
Its not a place where you go out on a saterdaynight

Great experience, friendly staff and beautiful new look.

It was nice and warm. And the service was friendly. The positive story ends with that. The food however was not ok. Because of a festival it was only possible to choose from the festival menu with festival prices. Eur 20.00 for a plate of lukewarm fries with lukewarm satay and a drop of satay sauce. And the atjar was a mix of coleslaw and atjar. That's really nasty. Complained at service. Nothing or nobody heard or seen. Wrong choice, avoid this restaurant in the future.

The burger was bad and they do not even have desserts ....

Worst burger. What even worse is the price. 20 Euros. McDonald s burger would taste lot better.

Great for a drink after shopping, competition or film. But it also seems to respond too much to one-off customers. Limited service.

Nice and open space. Can do better comes to mind. The service as most Dutch places is just not there. Eat, pay and go. Don t ask for good smile or speed. Just move along

The food is totally disgusting (the burger). You can go to the FEBO or BK better, you get better quality and also cheese on your burger AND that for a lot less money. I approached the waitress, but she was not interested in it at all. She rather fell into semantics, because 'disgusting' is not concrete enough as feedback, she couldn't do anything with it. Don't eat there !!

Ordered 2 coffees and asked for the menu after 40 minutes no one seen, it was not busy but staff was nowhere to be seen .....
Walked to the bar to pay and the staff was pleasantly chatting with each other while everyone was waiting for service.
Told the boy at the bar that the reason why we left that we were waiting 40 minutes and he said you are right but did nothing about it nor did the rest of the staff report that they are still having fun together in the kitchen were chatting.

Food was tasty, we had croquette on bread, twice a bouncer and
Club sandwich.
Everything was okay and tasted okay too.

Not good food, expensive for the quality that was delivered; both the product and the service. Too bad, staff seemed nice but hunted

Not prepared for busy times, waiting a very long time to order, get the food, which was lukewarm and waiting again a long time for dessert and the bill. The food was ok but would not recommend it

Poor service and unfriendly staff. First waited 15 minutes until there was a waitress at all. We were then told that the food was going to take at least another 30 while the place wasn't even full.

Terribly poor service. Only English-speaking bartender who served apple juice when we ordered apple pie.
Although it was not busy at tables, the empty glasses and cups remained. The ladies of a table behind us asked for the menu brought by an uninterested waitress, who simply left the empty glasses of the previous visitors on their table.
Quickly pay for the coffee and find another coffee bar for lunch. Too bad that Grolsch links his name to this ..

Only come here after a match. Great improvement from a year ago. Service is fine.

After entering, we stood waiting by the bar, for there were no employees in sight. After one did appear, she did her best to ignore us until we approached her. We had a reservation, and she told us to go sit down somewhere, so we did.

While we sat, none of the employees paid any attention to us, we were not asked if we wanted a drink or if we wanted something to eat. One of us went to the bar again and asked if we could order, but was just told to go sit back down. Eventually a waitress approached us and asked us whether we wanted to drink something, so we ordered and quickly asked for food too. She left us to get our drinks and brought them back after a bit, but still we got no menus. We had to call a different waiter to us to receive the menus.

Once we had our menus, we were again ignored by all waiters and had to call them over just to be served and be seen. It might just be an Amsterdam custom, but we felt very ignored. After finally getting another waiter over, they told us that the only vegetarian dish on their event menu wasn't in stock. We asked if there was a replacement and they went to ask. They did return eventually, but we could not order until we called over yet another waiter.

When the food eventually arrived, it was surprisingly good! Though the menu listed 'skin on' fries and we received regular ones, the rest was mostly in order. We had thenspareribs, which were great, the beef burger, also great, and the vegetarian goat's cheese salad, which our vegetarian companion did not appreciate as she didn't know what would be in it beforehand and when she received it, it was full of vegetables she does not like. After picking those out of it she barely had any food left, but we had luckily already ordered an extra side of fries for her.

Apart from the salad, the two other dishes had enough food in them and tasted good.

However, because of the waiters ignoring us persistently but serving other customers without them having to specifically call for a waiter, our experience wasn't great.

We understand that there was an event menu, but listing only 1 vegetarian dish (ravioli) and then not even having it in stock was not great... Dessert options were also limited to one dish, which wasn't even a dish many people would like (white chocolate mouse) as opposed to for example some scoops of vanilla icecream. We wound up getting our ice cream somewhere else after paying and leaving the establishment.

Expensive burgers with fries are not a problem, unless they taste cheap. Service is also below standard. Dont eat, but have a beer and you will be fine.

Nice because of the regular visits with my good friend. There is no extensive menu, but loose fries and snacks .. the fries are very tasty and the bitterballen are of good quality.

Great food, fast service. When we went there was not much choice, which was a shame, but we were served very quickly

The location is excellent and 1 star extra for the friendly girl in the service who could not help the fact that the food is very mediocre and very overpriced. It's such a shame, there is so much more that can be done there.

The spare ribs were unappetizing, the sauces, with the exception of the mayonnaise, were rancid.

Went to the concert of the week at the Ziggo Dome. Just stopped by the Cine Cafe for a drink. Very friendly welcome and a super cozy atmosphere. After seeing the menu decided to also have a bite to eat. Very good food and certainly value for money. The next time I will certainly not hesitate to go there again, and would recommend anyone to take a look there.

Friendly people, but really the worst satay I have ever eaten. Really regret it.
