In May we moved into our new apartment and after a week the central heating part of the heating system turned out not to work, hot water was working. Three hundred euros had to incur costs and through the broker I was told that they are hiding behind legal subtleties to avoid having to pay for this hidden defect. Complained about this on the Groenwest site, but apparently lacking the decency to even respond to this! Bah!

Terrible company. Do not meet obligations unless you go to court. Do not provide information and incorrect information when you go there. Email is never responded to by default. Ask another 5 per month for repairs and maintenance. Bizarre.
I have a leaking roof (known), but only have to drain until the renovation in 2 years. Bathroom was leaking, but renovated after 2 months. Water pipes (compression fittings) were loose no response for 9 months. Except that they no longer do maintenance or repairs because I had no option but to repair it myself. And so 30 things.
Court case is prepared, fortunately we can buy quickly.
I really do not recommend this housing. never ever rent your house with them. I have filed a complaint from the birth of my son (2014) that is still ongoing (2017). they only make what is needed and only when it is really needed.

Never in my life will I rent a house under green west. Mold in the bathroom that I had to wait half a year for a solution. Numerous times a leak has been reported in the stairwell, no one is doing anything about it. Houses are very poorly insulated, but the rent is increasing !! To all frustration! Boiler that is even older than my grandmother. And pay!
Groenwest does not deal with complaints. There is a rental house of their, where the so-called residents have been living elsewhere for a year and a half. And have not slept in the house for one night. After multiple complaints from multiple people. No action is taken. While there have been harrowing cases, where people are really in need of housing.
Worthless! First class depositors! Excessively high costs for repairs, extra matters and extremely arrogant.

Very nice housing coproration. Ladies behind the reception are very customer-friendly and helpful. I experience it as very transparent, because all contact moments are neatly stored at your (rental) address and the logbook is openly discussed with you if you ask for it. Big compliment to employee Ri .... le who will go through your problem and solve it in an extremely friendly but thorough way.
I would prefer not to even give one star. Bad company that does not think along at all and sends loyal tenants away with a request for an update of a 20-year-old toilet and bathroom with the answer "major maintenance is only planned in 20 years". And that calls itself a socially engaged company that takes the wishes of the tenant seriously. In short: disappointing.
Bad service, rude, hear a lot of complaints about this but they do something.
When a window blows out of your apartment and there is no way you can get hold of the GroenWest emergency number. Truly a top company with top service! Always overdue maintenance, worthless accessibility in an emergency.

I had to pay 133.00 because 2 tiles were slightly damaged and for a kitchen cupboard that is damaged. I had to pay within 5 days.

Well it comes, acquaintances of mine live in my apartment. So I regularly visit my old house. Now it appears that the holes in the tiles are sealed and the damaged kitchen cupboard is still hanging in it. I got scammed for 128. I charge 5 to seal holes.
I called a few times to Groenwest and I would be called back, no !!!!
Then I emailed Groenwest, again no response.
I would also receive 70 from Groenwest because I had canceled the rent more than two months in advance. no reaction !!!
If I don't get a response from Groenwest tomorrow, July 10, I will email it to the RADAR program.

More than 10yr tenant, satisfied, until now. A leak in the stairwell, already been over 6 months, people are raining in wet, answer: At major maintenance we will look at it!
Bad company, don't think along with you at all. We arrived in a house that was completely worn out and filthy, we were told that we had to clean it ourselves. Now that we have left the house we were informed that everything had to be left tidy otherwise we had to pay high costs for cleaning and repair work. If you ask them for clarification why this house was worn out when we were involved, they will not answer. Never again for me.
They are very bad neighbors. A few years ago they ILLEGALLY demolished a 50-year-old beautiful, communal property border hedge, completely without any consultation: privacy gone.
Then, again without consultation, they gave permission to have a rickety fence placed: 10 cm on their own own ground, so that we did not have a say and did not have to complain because we got 10 cm of garden and did not have to come along to pay ... then that tenant left and we still had to pay: otherwise the fence will be demolished . A tree and some shrubs were placed against the fence and finally, after years, grown large enough to have privacy again. This morning I woke up from a chainsaw. I am furious. Again without any consultation, all the trees and shrubs have been removed and again the new neighbors behind will look into our living room:
