Needs work @ the center in Altamonte springs Fla on the donors being able to speak on things with no feelings of retribution and deferment. As well also you have been a loyal donor for many years there should be a mutual respect. They would not have jobs without donors. If you hear one side you should hear the other as well and know your long time donors enough to know the true story.
They are very nasty, to me and my boyfriend, waited yesterday for 8 hours and thry told me they wasnt taking us, and we had to come back tomorrow and we will cut everyone in line, and we came back like they said and i was still waiting for 3 or 4 hours, i asked the manager what was going on and she looked at me and said nothing! And they stuck me five times and bused my arm up,
I have been working at the corporate office in Los Angeles since 1988. Most of the people that work here are great! I enjoy the work but it is the people that have kept me working here for so many years. I am proud that Grifols makes products that save lives.
Does not pay their bills. Gives you a run around. Did work for them in Nov 2017 still haven't been paid and I filled out all their vendor paperwork and ACH packet. This company is a joke. They brag about being a million dollar company but their lack of action speaks louder than their words. Will never do work for them again.
Went to donate at Grifols on 38th and post. The employee at the front desk Bridgett, had the worst attitude. Cussing and threatening people. Corporate will be called! So rude and so unprofessional! You are the problem with this world!
If you want to work for a company that is going to pay you good and treat you good? Then keep searching. Grifols pays as minimum as they possibly can and they do not have any respect for their employees. Every single month at least two people get fired, the bonus gets lower every year, and they force you to use your personal time off when they want. There is no proper training and it seemed like they do not believe in safety. I guess this is a good place to work fresh out of high school, but if you are a skilled and experienced worker, continue looking.
This is the worst place if u want respect or to be treated fairly then don't go anywhere near here or to the one in upland I was just kicked out for no reason the staff are disrespectful and racist I didn't do anything to anyone and was told I have to leave and not come back then they called the police on me and I was standing outside I did nothing and the staff that lied is still there
