If you want to work for a company that is going to pay you good and treat you good? Then keep searching. Grifols pays as minimum as they possibly can and they do not have any respect for their employees. Every single month at least two people get fired, the bonus gets lower every year, and they force you to use your personal time off when they want. There is no proper training and it seemed like they do not believe in safety. I guess this is a good place to work fresh out of high school, but if you are a skilled and experienced worker, continue looking.
