We just moved to Griffin , it is an amazing office. Nice and clean with awesome management and staff. Leili who is the office manager is very responsive and tried to help us to settle down so quickly. I really recommend this place for whoever is looking for a rental office with different budget.

We are an overseas company, we reached out to this company multiple times via email and phone asking for more information on the costs. We received only one reply which was not helpful. We then tried again again. They don't seem to bothered either way for your business.
The president recently reached out to us and apologized to us for the not getting back to us. I have revised our 1 star rating to 3 star since they took the complaint professionally.

Having the flexibility to grow my operations and team while staying in the same building has been a game changer over the 1.5 years I have been a tenant here. Staff are helpful and building is safe and well run. Highly recommend.
My office in the Griffin business centre is perfect for my counselling clients. Close to many amenities, the bus line and unlimited parking! My office comes with a great package of beautiful cherrywood furniture, is climate controlled and even located in a 'quiet zone' corridor. The receptionists are friendly and professional...The surrounding gardens are beautiful and the building is cleaned on a regular schedule and well-maintained. The owner is on site and available and the tenants feel respected and cared for.
This storage facility is the best I have been to. Amazingly clean, the washrooms are marble and they have wine storage if you need it. Would have to say it is the best storage facility I have been to, ever.
Athletics for Kids have been tenants at the Griffin Business Centre for almost 10 years, and we have been very happy with the facilities, the service and the people who run the centre. The offices and Board / meeting rooms are second to none and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. This is a great place to run a small business or charity from, and other tenants are also extremely pleasant and great neighours! We would fully endorse this business centre: great location and extremely well run.
We moved our office to Griffin Business Centre almost two years ago. This building is completely renovated and looks amazing, The owner and staff are very friendly and responsive to your requests. The tasteful artworks all over place is a nice touch. They answer our phones, collect our mails and packages, and keep the building clean and tidy. The board rooms are great and almost always available when we need them. The internet service is included in the rent, and it is SUPER FAST! Could not be happier with their service. Oh and also, the building is located very close to the Capilano mall, the food court, and several other shops and restaurants which makes it super convenient to do your shopping after the work, or get something to eat if you forget to pack your lunch. Highly recommended for any business in North Shore.
Our office, ADHD Centre for Treatment Services (ACTS), is located in the quiet, counselling corridor at Griffin Centre. The corridor is filled with calming, attractive art-work, which is appealing to clients as they walk through. The front reception staff are friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. Large and small meeting rooms are conveniently available for our clinical groups or workshops. The owner, David, is onsite and is supportive, accommodating and encouraging to small businesses. The Centre is conveniently located across from Capilano Mall and there is ample free parking in the vicinity. We would highly recommend that you consider Griffin Centre for your office needs.
