I bought 6 sessions for a beginners Salsa Class for my wife and I and it was absolutely terrible. I really didnt expect there to be over 40 people in the class meaning that there was no individual attention or assistance with technique. The structure of the class was all over the place and the training was not clear.
The teacher was also more interested in what music she was playing than actually providing instructions on how to dance.
I have done a few lessons before and by comparison I can advise to avoid this class at all costs!
After 2 lessons, I requested my money on the basis that we were not enjoying it but was refused any consideration. So BUYER BEWARE!

I ve attended various events at Greenwich Dance and found each one singularly impressive. I love the building, the staff are well informed, professional and hugely helpful and the facilities seem to cater well to the broad range of activity and performance provided by this characteristic and requisite studio in the charitable arts. My wife and I look forward to our next outing. Keep up the great work!

Disgraceful. If I could give minus stars I would. Took my 4 year old to the beginners session on Saturday and even with 2 teachers to 15 kids they didn't do anything to support my nervous child. I had to stay the whole session as the teacher support was non-existent. I actually ended up removing my child early. Another child was left sobbing on the floor the whole 40 min session while another just stood in the middle. For a class that is supposed to be encouraging and supporting confidence I'm very disappointed by the lack of skill and teaching ability by so called professionals.

Went to Charlton House to see a performance of The Barber of Seville by the Scherzo ensemble. The old library made a great venue with good acoustics and an intimate performance space. The show was imaginatively staged with superb vocal production and cast. A great evening and hope to see more use of the facilities for performances like this.

When I went to watch a dance competition, the staff were friendly, the sound was good and the facilities were more than enough to cater for what turned out to be a large crowd. Would definitely recommend Greenwich Dance as a venue.
