Holy moly are these guys awful. Our research participants constantly called us with complaints about trying to get their money from them. They have a monopoly over research project incentive payments, and they use it as leverage to charge unnecessary fees. Awful customer service. It's like working with an organized crime ring.
Clincard has made my work as an accountant much more efficient than when we used to write checks for everybody. Our patients coordinators really like the ease of use and our patients really like the ease of use of the cards. Also Greenphire's support is outstanding and I would highly recommend this product.

If I could give them 0 I would! Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with. I had to reorder my (clincard) left them a message because they don't have people answering the phone. Got no response called again the lady told me it was ordered after 7 days I tried to call them again no answer, no call back. So I went to the place that I was doing the trial though they called and informed the lady that called for me it was on its was and should be there no later then Nov. 2. Well is no Nov 2 and no carded so I call them and they inform me it hasn't even been sent out!!! Due to issues. OK so why tell someone it WAS sent out. Just asked the lady several times to speak to the supervisor each time being ignored until I finally got upset. Overall horrible company, horrible customer service, and likes to give out false information!
