Karen made this the smoothest windshield replacement I ve ever had. 8 minutes on the phone with my insurance company, picked up my car the next morning did a fantastic job getting the new windshield installed, and brought it back to me. Talk about top notch customer service and work! My back window shattered on my truck and I contacted Karen and she told me to head on over. She dealt with the insurance company immediately and also gave me a loaner car to get home. On my way into work the following morning, Karen was already at the shop working on my truck. Karen and her crew went above and beyond to get me taken care of, from deliberating with my insurance company to offering to drop my vehicle off at my work place free of charge. And to top it all off from incident to my vehicle being returned to me was less than 36hrs. Top tier service at Greenheck and would recommend anyone go there for their glass needs!

Excellent service, was able to get me in right away for a small chip in my windshield. Karen even informed me of an issue she noticed of a leak, so I could get it fixed. This was very much appreciated because I had no idea where the water the was coming from making my carpeting wet.

I sell insurance in Baxter for American Family, but it has been a whiles since I have had to actually use my insurance. The time came I needed a new windshield for my car and I knew where I would bring it because of all of my clients experiences with Gary and Greeheck. I wasn't disappointed, I went in they called and made the claim right there with me, to fix it the next day, get me to my office, and return my car to me!!! If I could give more stars I would! Great place! Awesome service! Drove up to Minnesota from Missouri to visit my girlfriend and my passanger door window shattered. I called on the way up. They had the glass ready the next day. I dropped the car off early and they squeezed me in early. They left some glass in the door when I came in to pick it up but they took care of it right when I told them. Yeah mistakes happen. It's more about how you handle them that matters and they handled it great. They had the best price by far also. I checked three other places.

Fantastic service! They picked up my car at my workplace left me a courtesy vehicle just in case. A plus they did some basic detailing to the floor and dash. Felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle --all in 3 hours.

Was referred to these guys by my insurance agent (Trevor Tobin - who is also great!) and from the moment I called them, I experienced nothing but fantastic customer service! They were quick to address my issue and get me in, they conveniently offered pick up and drop off to come get my vehicle during work, and completed the windshield install in a timely manner. Driving home afterwards, I couldn t believe how fantastic it looked! These guys are awesome, and if I need anything in the future - I am definitely going back to these guys!

Went in for a rock chip in my windshield. Very happy with the job they did. Was told the process of filling it. Went back a week later after having another rock hitting my windshield. Was told was not big enough to fill but would be ok. Love the honesty.

I had the best experience. Karen was so friendly and knowledgeable. I accidentally had her order the wrong windshield on Thursday and she was able to get a new one ordered and installed first thing Friday morning at 8am. This is why you shop locally owned. My clip for my windshield wiper also broke and she let me use a vehicle to go find another clip. It s just such a better experience and you work with people who actually care about you. Not to mention this was $80 CHEAPER than anywhere else. If you re looking to get your windshield replaced/fixed this is the place to go. :)
