Room great, grounds great, price for evening meal extortionate for what we got. A thin hard dried up piece of Quich served with salad. A Ceaser Salad, two glasses of wine no suite ( poor choice).
Evening waiters were not uniform. One bent over just in front of us revealing his pant and " crack". I kid you not! They seemed astounded when I complained about the Frisbee like Quich. No offer of refund!

It was a very welcoming place to visit & I loved the open fire in the reception area it was very inviting.
All the staff were very professional.
However, I did think the Cream Tea was fairly expensive here.
We had a drink and bar food after a great spa day. Staff were friendly, food was good and reasonably priced.
I came here for Easter lunch with my in laws. The food was superb and outstanding, the service was amazing and we felt really looked after. Highly recommended this gem.

Lovely venue , went for afternoon tea . Service impeccable , tea , sandwiches and scones very tasty . Petits four were not the best , very sugary with little taste
Used to be good,now it's not. To be blunt the staff from the spa reception should learn more about customer service. The attitude and the look you get makes you feel like your not welcome. They kind of pretend you don't exist until it is time for the bill.
I could go into detail but I would be wasting time.
Safe to say I won't be going back any time soon.
