Used to be good,now it's not. To be blunt the staff from the spa reception should learn more about customer service. The attitude and the look you get makes you feel like your not welcome. They kind of pretend you don't exist until it is time for the bill.
I could go into detail but I would be wasting time.
Safe to say I won't be going back any time soon.
