I moved to Australia from the USA in 2018 and Greencliff helped us find our home and worked with us during the entire time we lived in AUS (2.5 years).

They were great at helping us walk through a first time lease signing in a new country and were also very responsive whenever we had issues. If / when things needed fixing, professionals were always called in quickly to do the job correctly.

Overall it was a great working relationship and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to work with a quality company to contact Greencliff.

First time in Sydney and I am glad I have chosen Greencliff Reality for my renting need; specifically, Johnson Zhuang is the man to go. Not only did he arranged to find a unit that suit my need within a week, he also fully stocked the unit before my arrival. Typically furnitures are provided, but I am shocked when I see he purchased new vacuum and pots and cutleries. There's even a new set of Global knives. Seriously, who buys Global knives for tenants? Way beyond expectations

Excellent service provided by Roxanne and the team at Greencliff Camperdown when i moved into a property i am leasing through them.

the landlord was quite challenging but Greencliff resolved the situation quickly and professionally. They have been quick to deal with repairs and after my initial inspection, Roxanne was very quick in responding to my additional questions.

I'm going to review this whole business as they never return my phone calls or emails when I've complained about their employees being unfair and untruthful. This was the worst rental experience I have had, considering I have rental in multiple countries and multiple Sydney locations. It was like banging my head against a wall trying to communicate with these people. Even after having water issues unanswered and my bond being taken for minute issues the interactions with the agents were really cold and deceptive. Absolutely appalling service!

Not professional at all! Paid holding fee last week yet they signed the contract with another tenant within 7 days as I refused to pay bond to their trust account. They will push you to pay to their trust account due to time pressure. But didn't promise a tranfer to NSW fair trading. Still waiting for my holding fee to be refunded. Will update.

Be careful when you deal with Lieu- she's really nice to you when she thinks you're a potential customer. Once she realizes you're not, the gloves come off. Untrustworthy and dishonest.
