Lived at cross creek for 2 years. Great staff, clean and well kept exterior. Very quick to resolve any problems we had. Our heater went out and with no trouble at all they replaced the unit and set up times to work around our schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place and quiet, great for studying.

I lived in Cross Creek Apartments from August 2014-July 2016 in a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Cross Creek is one of the best apartments in Athens! Management is amazing and very responsive! They own both Cross Creek and Surrey Square and Jeff, the landlord, lives in Surrey Square. Both are small complexes, so any complaints or questions are answered very quickly. Maintenance requests are completed in record time - our AC broke a few months after we moved in and it was replaced in less than 36 hours. We loved our first year so much that we referred many friends to move in for the next year. Overall, the complex is very quiet, but sometimes you can hear your neighbors if they are being loud. Parking is usually not an issue and the Athens Transit Bus 12 stop is just a short walk away. You can find places furnished and/or with cheaper rent in Athens, but the proximity to UGA and the amazing management is worth the extra few dollars. They fill up very quickly, so sign your lease early! I highly recommend anyone in Athens looking for an apartment to check out Cross Creek/Surrey Square!
Great, affordable place to live. I stayed at Cross Creek Apartments for ~4 years and I've never really had a big problem with anything. No bug problems, no major maintenance issues, no thefts or reports of other criminal activity, no noisy neighbors, nothing.
They're real people with real personalities. Great at communication and even helped me move a couple things to my car!
