I absolutely love working out here. On first glance it doesn't seem super fancy or anything..... but the experience of being there is soooo superior to more corporate-y owned gyms I've tried in the area. I LOVE how there are no massive flat screen TVs in your face anywhere. It's just so much nicer. also all the trainers are really chill and great. Love that they have towels too. Equipment is all well maintained. It's also basically never crowded. At most in the evenings it can get a bit "congested" but never even close to the point of it being difficult to go about one's own workout comfortably. And to reiterate it just has very good vibes overall.

This is the best gym I have ever been to! From the outside, it doesn t seem like much, which in my opinion is great - keep this place a secret. Once inside, it s a green oasis!

My boyfriend and I were quite hesitant when we walked in. We had been going to Blink in Bushwick prior to Covid and it was always packed, there was no way I would be going back there during Covid. The membership fee for Green is $70 a month, a great deal considering how large and empty the gym is. The receptionist (completely forget her name - sorry girl!) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a tour of the facility. We were amazed at the cleanliness and adherence to Covid protocols. All the machines were separated by hanging plexi-glass barriers. There are separate areas for free weights, a boxing ring, punching bags, a yoga room, and and aikido dojo. We purchased our membership right away and came back right after having some lunch. We had a great first experience. There was everything you could ask for, and were also informed that once Covid regulations eased up and exercise classes were once again permitted, these sessions would be included with our membership fee - amazing! Our first workout session was on a Thursday, I just went back again on Sunday and I was concerned that it would be busier on the weekend. But once again, it was practically empty and I felt I had the place to myself. Green Fitness is a great choice for an all-around amazing fitness experience, especially during Covid.

Went to this gym because they claimed to be the safest in Brooklyn. What a bunch of BS no one wears their mask even the trainers have their masks on their chin. When I signed up they informed me that the membership was month to month which I thought was great since I wasn't ready to commit to any one gym. Fast forward a month and I was charged the monthly fee and the gym refuses to give me a refund. Avoid this gym, no one follows the covid protocols and everyone leaves all the equipment lying around like it's their personal gym.

Have worked here as a trainer for 10yrs. One of the best kept gym secrets in nyc, and right now, quite frankly one of the safest. It certainly has its faults, but the size of the space compared to the # of members means social distancing is actually possible.

This gym is the best on the area.

This gym is the best on the area.
classes are awesome! I've tried Bootcamp, Trampoline and Spin. The trainers are well prepared. I love the family feeling here, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I used to workout at Blink but their customer service is the worst not to mention their lack of personality.

I would recommend Green Fitness

Green fitness has the best trainers and employees all around. We've been coming here for about a year now and everyone treats you like family. If you take advantage of the classes it's well worth the bang for your buck. They could definitely update the spin cycles though
