SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They email you with a promising delivery date, take your money, never deliver the goods and make themselves uncontactable.

Do not use Green Earth Lighting!It is a fake company. I have paid a very large sum of money for a lamp. Iam unable to get anyone to call pr email me back with tracking information. I do not expect to receive the lamp. I am in the process of going through Fair Trading to try to recoup money or at least report bother people don’t lose money. Good reviews appear to be fake.

Poor communication, story changing from posting this week to out of stock, poor quality lava lamp, fluid is dirty and wax permanently sticks to glass. To me it looks second hand or a customer return. An extremely disappointing experience. I sent a text with my concerns to them and they have not answered but looking at other review pages this seems the norm. If anyone is looking to get a lava lamp dont buy it from here.

Still have not received my order I placed over 2 months ago. Someone needs to return my calls; Very disappointing.

Asked if two types of lights would be compatible with cbus system before I made an order. Ordered two different types with the idea that we would fit our whole house with the right one. Was charged for the lights. They lost my order. It didn't arrive so I followed up with them and they had to track it down. Took weeks. No receipt given, just an order number. Tested lights...by pluggibg them into the outlet my electrician supplied. They didn't work properly. .flickered and hummed. They refused to let me return because I had tested them.
How can you know if it's going to work and what the lumen output and colour accrual look like on your house unless you plug it in!
Every other reputable shop let me return.
We ended up going with Mica Lighting company with a product that did work exceptionally well so regimens you avoid Green Earth and go with someone else.
