Green Applications( F&M expressions) Review

I had an interview and it was very unprofessional. The guy came out and asked me "you wanted to see me". Went into his office while in there answering the questions he asked me two employees inturupted. The guy said nothing. The second employee came in starting talking to the guy that was interviewing me.and both were talking. I stopped and I just shook my head. So he told me in going to be honest. He talked about my pay. He told me the starting pay is $9.25. I said no thank you. I make awhile lot money now. The building was dirty and falling apart. The atmosphere was just not right. So I got up told the guy thanks. And by the way you might want to teach your employees some manners. My advice is DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Dingy and badly upkept office space (visible damage to multiple windows in the main lobby). Non-existent service from on location staff after 3pm. Nearly impossible to find office location, quite the drive.

I literally work here its great the people honestly make the place I have no idea what these people are talking about.

This is a company that does not care about its employee's. Will lie to you about everything important (don't expect a raise, or any type of advancement, it will not happen). Expect you to read minds when they constantly change the way things are done, since they wont inform you. It's HR department is a joke, and the new woman in charge is not qualified for that position. The managers and supervisors are all buddy buddy and will screw over anyone not in their circle. The employees are great people, that work too hard for no appreciation. Worst turnover of employees of any company I have seen, and for good reason. I could honestly write an essay of everything wrong with this place, but end result is just how horrible it is there. If you need a job, by all means, but don't have any expectations for a career.

Wow. I wrote a bad review of Green in like February for them being unprofessional and not paying some of their employees on time or writing paper checks that could not be cashed. Idk WHY I thought, after seeing my boyfriend, my moms boyfriend, and countless other people have nothing but issues there, that I might have a different experience. I was brought in for an interview at 2pm on a Wednesday. The person who was supposed to interview me wasn't even there. I was asked 2 questions then brought on a tour and told to wait to talk to a manager. That manager was literally aimlessly wandering the floor but told HR he was too busy to talk to me so I left and had to come back a second day to finish the interview. Which consisted of the SAME tour I already went on but this time WITH the boss that was too lazy to do it the first time. I signed my offer letter as a catcher and was feeling good about my chances. Then I had to come back a THIRD TIME to finally do my mouth swab drug test at what I was told would be orientation. When I got in the HR lady literally laughed and said she forgot I was coming in. Then started the mouth swabs. I had to do 2 of them, and was told if my second one didn't work I'd be sent out to a lab for testing. Then the lady didn't even START HER TIMER on the drug test while I sat there, which like come on thats the most basic part of the process. When I FINALLY made it on the floor I was told to report to a specific boss. I was sitting in an office with him when another boss came in and sprayed air freshener in this man's face and all around us in the room, like it was a joke. Mind you this is a tiny office in a warehouse that is over 100 degrees and has very little ventilation in some areas. I saw the spray hit my bosses glasses so I know it was IN his face specifically. When this boss asked the other, who is named Adam btw, for some help he literally said "No." And laughed. Because that's professional conduct for a boss. And then it became this whole "Well let's jerk this girl around" process. I was told once to go work in one place, then Adam moved me. Then I was told to go back. Then Adam tried to move me again even though the other boss literally told him where he wanted me, he obviously doesn't care about efficiency, he cares about throwing his weight around. He literally sprayed another man directly in the face with air freshener and thought it was funny. Do not work here. Do not send your business here. The upper management just continually supports this man that destroys their numbers, their morale, and people's spirits. Many people who would otherwise love their jobs now hate them because of Adam.

They fired me for going to hr for writing out a complaint on two employees they fired me an one of the people involved in my complaint but they kept the other person so if u need to make a complaint to hr u will loss ur job

Very unorganized. I had an interview scheduled but there were "payroll issues that were more important," so I showed up but did not get an interview. It would have been nice if they called me to let me know they couldn't conduct the interview. I was told someone would call me but I never got a call.
P.S. Payroll issues?! Big red flag! I definitely don't want to work somewhere where there will be payroll issues!
