Very unorganized. I had an interview scheduled but...

Very unorganized. I had an interview scheduled but there were "payroll issues that were more important," so I showed up but did not get an interview. It would have been nice if they called me to let me know they couldn't conduct the interview. I was told someone would call me but I never got a call.
P.S. Payroll issues?! Big red flag! I definitely don't want to work somewhere where there will be payroll issues!
