My application for permanent residency was refused on March 2016.I tried to reason out to CIC my legality to stay but was refused again on May 2016.It was a shock!
I came to this law firm and was assisted by Mr. Stephen Green and Mr. Aris Daghighian.I was told I only have 15 days to make an appeal!They acted immediately!

These guys were awful. I won't elaborate much due to my desire for privacy, but I worked with one of the partners who gave me AWFUL consultation laced with what was either intentionally misleading info or a drastic misunderstanding of Canadian Immigration Law. Also did not respond effectively to calls or emails (after the initial 10-minute consultation), and charged me an exorbitant amount for literally doing nothing. I took matters into my own hands and was able to enter Canada but thanks to these guys, I almost missed my chance.

My application for rehabilitation was approved just today. I am so excited and thank to Ravi Jain and his team. They were fast, responsive and very efficient. I had had a terrible experience with my previous immigration agent. I should have worked with them from scratch. Now I am re-dreaming of living here permanently. A big thanks to Ravi Jain and Elizabeth Valdes for getting the Super visa for my mother in law at the right time. They helped me with all the process and documentation and they filed the Super Visa application. My mother in law got the visa but the Delhi CHC gave a visit visa instead of Super visa. With the visit visa she landed here with no issues but was given only 6 months time frame to leave the country.

I raised the issue with Ravi and he immediately worked with the Delhi CHC officers as well as Ottawa CPP officers and they requested some additional documents and today they have successfully changed the visit visa to Super visa.

Thanks Ravi you have been a great support for me and my family. Without you we would have been struck in this crucial time of our life.

Shoshana, Shirin and Rubina did a great job for us on an immigration application, continuing to work on the case over a couple of years and making sure things kept moving along even when we thought success was unlikely, or when we were dragging our feet getting paperwork done. They made sure we had everything done correctly to make a good case (beyond just the minimum applications asked for), got everything filed as soon as possible, handled extensions while we chased down additional paperwork, and kept us appraised of the status of the process, until we finally got an acceptance. While in the two times I used Green and Spiegel were nothing but great results, this review is for my most recent application. Tim Golden was my lawyer. Tim is an expert in US immigration laws, and he'd look into the specific details of the laws that apply to you. He's quite professional and straightforward kind of guy. Hearing about horrible immigration and immigration lawyers stories, Tim distinguished himself in being truly working for you, looking after the details of your application, and literally chase you to make sure that you have everything in place (he even called border offices to check my ability to travel) - this is really unheard of among immigration lawyers (not to put others down). While you pay slightly more with Green and Spiegel, you get what you pay for: consistent good service, masters of their domains, and great results. Others may charge less but keep milking you through the process.

I have a long history dealing with Green & Spiegel (since the 1990's) and every time I visited them, I was treated with the highest level of professionalism. Despite my case being straight forward, Green & Spiegel made it even easier and my immigration process was completed smoothly and in super quick time. Entire credit goes to Cristina and her team.
