Cool place for kids. They dont know any better. Could spend a little extra time with the up keep as far as cleaning. The pools and surrounding areas could use a little attention . Nothing like diving down and coming up with hair balls all over yourself. Yuck!!
I enjoyed the food and the entertainment. It was slot of fun. Beautiful snow topped hills and scenery.

Love, love, love my experience but bring everything you need. I packed water, food to cook, snacks, etc. The room was amazing the staff polite always. Loved the coaster rides, the lake, the pool and the indoor water park, it's not huge so there's never a long line you do what your supposed to. Spend quality family time.

I went here on their lift access mountain bike trails and they're definitely some technical trails with a lot of rocks and roots. This place doesn't have the best drainage so it was pretty wet even though it hadn't rained in a couple of days, but that was only a few of the trails here. With a lack of vertical, the runs are short and the lift does take a while to get to the top, but I had a lot of fun riding here as an experienced rider. I wouldn't mind seeing more variety and flow trails though. I'd say I'll definitely be back!
Great skiing and snowboarding when there is actually snow of course. It's pretty convenient to Ithaca, Cortland, and Binghamton. Never had a bad experience in the three times I have gone. Good for beginniners and pros.

I've held off on posting this, because there are so many negatives for a place that has such great potential. I would give it 1 star, but those reviews rarely get read.
It all started at check in. The day after xmas. A week where the kids are on vacation and people tend to travel. Winter; a time when people, I don't know, ski. Yet this ski resort was not prepared for vacationing kids and their families coming for their ski trip on xmas week. The lobby was filled with people as expected. One problem. Check in is 4. We got there after 6 and were told we had a 2 hour wait...the same as the 7 other families. None of our rooms were ready? Check out was 7 hours ago. How do you not have staff to clean rooms? They offered us $75 toward their on site restaurants. Anybody who travels to these types of resort knows that this cost them about $10 and will not cover our 1 meal for 4. A very dirty trick which netted them about $80. More on this in my review of Trax.
The room was nice, but I'm still not sure it's what we ordered. The photos on the site are ambiguous at best. If you've ever gone to great wolf lodge, great escape resort, or whiteface lodge, then you know the rooms. This is one of those mass produced rustic hotels with water park features built in. Nice but corporate and overpriced. Our suite came complete without a coffee table. Sounds small, but a room for 6 people may benefit from a flat surface for "things." They have them. We just didn't get one. They claimed it had to do with half of the hotel apparently being timeshares. Um, ok.
The "fun area" was underwhelming if you've ever been to great wolf or great escape. The arcade was a definite afterthought, and the water park was run down. It's 6 years old and presents as at least 10 years older. The vent tubes overhead were all blown out and ruptured. The outdoor pool was hit or miss because of the alleged understaffing. The indoor features would occasionally suffer from the same. During our stay we noticed many things were broken or worn out. The staff seemed more than happy to let us know that the management is aware and had no plans to fix things.
So now we get to the part that really sucked the wind out of the sail. This trip was for our daughter's 8th birthday. We did Gret Escape for her little sister in August, and this was keeping it even. At GE, they had a whole birthday layout available...but you have to ask for it. They do charge for some of the goodies, but they're all optional. Knowing this, we asked for a similar treatment for this occasion. They offered, and while it wasn't nearly as great as the other it was plenty good enough. They have what they have. And this would have been fine, had they delivered. We had a time set up where they would bring the birthday favors to the room while my brother waited for them and helped while we occupied the kids at the pool. Time came, no show. It got later and later. They finally showed up...with some balloon centerpiece that you'd buy at Walgreens for $10. No confetti. No party favors. Why not? We noticed the night before there was a party of some sort being set up in the lobby by the fireplace. As the story goes, apparently they gave our stuff to them. For this we got a half hearted apology. We'd already had our bad experience at Trax, so by now we're livid.
The skiing was lackluster but the weather was a bit warm. I won't say too much about it aside from maybe it's time to update the lifts. God forbid somebody falls of at mount or dismount. They have to put coal in a furnace to get it restarted.
The best part of the trip was as we left. We had passes to the tubing facility. It was warm and there was a light drizzle. This made for a limit on their open lanes, but the ones that were open were super slick and fast. The drizzle and being Sunday seemed to keep the lightweights away, so the wait times were short. The staff on the hill weren't fazed by the weather at all and were the only ones to this point who didn't seem to hate their lives. Out of space, but there's so much more...
Every manner of activity here. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff quite courteous and the food good.
Great getaway. Can't wait to visit during the winter season.

Great place for mountain biking and skiing. Resort clean and cheap (feels like 4-5 stars) across the street from slopes . Our daughter loves the water park . Leave your pet at home.
Went there for the 4 course zip lining. It was very fun and all of the employees were helpful. The mountain coaster ride is a blast as well.
We loved it here. The rooms are clean, there big, the full service kitchen was great for cooking dinner, the staff is great. The water park is fun for all.

What a Gem. No matter what your taste this place is a great vacation. Slopes are never packed and the lines are short almost anytime. Trails are well cared for. Food is available and good as well as reasonably priced. Especially for a resort. Water park is fun for kids and if you are like me and want to get in it is enjoyable for adults as well. We did have a problem with our room one time that went unresolved which for that part only I would leave one star. as for the rest I would leave 5.

We did the adventure pass this weekend. So Fun! The alpine slide was a blast and kept us busy until our zip line tour started. Thought it might be scary, but the instructors were great and helped us through. Definitely going again!

It is a great year round resort! Great skiing and Adventure Center (Zipline, mountain coaster and much more)! Many upgrades like snow making, lighting, bar & restaurant(s) and new Quad chair lift.
Rental process takes a long time and its location is by the bunny slope which makes for a long walk back to the other chair.
Great little mountain, diverse terrain, good restaurant.
Went with the family this past December. What a blast!! The mountain coaster was awesome! I loved that you could ride with one other person! The staff is so friendly and they make you feel like family. Will definitely look them up again!!
The overall stay was okay although my sister in-law had no heat in her room but they provided a space heater and my other sister in-law had neither her room was pretty cold.
Disclaimer I'm biased because I used to primarily ski in VT and NH. But for the price I was very disappointed. The glades left much to be desired and the hardest black diamond is truly a blue square at best. Definitely a fun family mountain, but if you're looking for long challenging runs look elsewhere.
Decent resort but it's small and usually doesn't have great conditions. For a local resort it is good but it's very expensive for not a whole lot.
Way overpriced. Better resorts cost a lot less. They do make a lot of snow though.

The instructors here are great. Learn to snowboard in 1 day. Also not very crowed which makes the trail more fun.

This is for the water park. Water park is nice, but the staff is 50/50. The girl at the front desk was rude and seemed like she hated her job. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful. The guy at the food counter was also very rude and seemed like he hated his job (he had longer hair). I went back to the food counter later, and a different guy was there (short hair), very nice and friendly. Also, they charge you $1.00 for dry towels, which seems ridiculous. Towels should be included, as many add you need. So make sure you bring your own towels, and extra.
For the first time, was a great place to go. They have a good structure for begginer.
Good for the area. But way to expensive you can go to gore or white face cheaper.

Nice slopes and accomidations. Good variety of terrain. Staff is friendly and there is a free shuttle that you call that picks you up from your place and brings you to the slopes and back. Overall a very nice place.
Greek Peak is a great place to ski. The are good prices and deals, and the slopes are awesome! Anywhere from lean greens to steep double blacks, Greek Peak ski resort is a package of fun!

I was here for the Spartan Winter Sprint race. The Greek Peak resort was a great venue that is well laid out and provides all the amenitiesus racers are looking for. I just wish I brought my skis to finish off a perfect day.
Most of the rides were not open. You don't get your money worth in the waterpark. However hotel was very nice as were the workers, but watch out about the indoor waterpark.
Not a good place found the management to be very rude.
