Management does not value the work and time of its people. They are quick to criticize but never take a moment to appreciate or recognize achievement. Outcomes are measured as wins or loses rather than the quality put into work and the circumstances of doing it.
Hours were terrible there. Most of the time there were no weekends and overtime was mandatory. Breaks would be at different times each day. There was no company culture, you would not have many choices to even talk with your coworkers and HR department was completely useless.
They're not the one you can trust to deliver the job you expected. They overpromise and under deliver and it has not been a good experience with them.
The content quality was terrible. It was was clear a native language expert did not write the content but someone from a third-world country. I hated working with them after that incident.
Everything from the SEO strategies to the content was flawed. They overpromise the results and always undeliver. I am sure I won't hire them for the digital needs of my business
The biggest joke there was that all the positive comments written about the company were complete lies. We are all told to write good reviews of the company in order to attract new employees in. That's just plain crazy. This company was a revolving door with too many people quitting and getting fired.
