Horrible Customer Service ! They rescheduled my Apt twice due to the doctor not being in. I seen him over the summer and they schedule my next appointment in February of 2019. Smh I spoke with Ashley and the bi*ch was rude and hanged the phone up in my face due to me waiting to speak to a manger. I will take my business else where I DO NOT recommend This place at ALL

Absolutely terrible predatory practices. They do not call you to inform of any results or to remind you of any follow-up appointments; if you can even get one scheduled for a relevant time and not 6 months out. Don't worry, though, they're very quick to contact you for money.

I don t know what the 1 star rating is all about. I ve had neurological issues going on 25 years and have been tested throughout the country. I think they do a very good job here, especially considering that the Rochester metro has a serious shortage of neurologists and they are very progressive here in their treatment options.

If you are looking for pain medication, you will have to work that out with your primary care provider, the pain medicine clinics and palliative care as all need to be involved when scheduled narcotics are involved. That s just a fact these days. However GRN has physicians, PAs, who will try their best to get you the cutting edge medications to help with your conditions. I ve been coming here for 3 years. Not every option has worked out but we try and coordinate well with my PCP. Much easier to work with than the highland group, who I saw previously and trying to get an appointment is almost impossible at the clinic in the Strong Hospital. I was seen there previously and both times had to be squeezed in a stand-by as they were booked out for almost a year.

Great people who are up on all of the latest research. Dr. Michael Dunn is excellent and practical. Martha Smith-Lightfoot is an MS specialist. The infusion center is friendly and efficient. They got me in for an extra appointment right away. They have online communication and ordering med requests. The billing people are right on. And the free parking is right at the door. Great facility.

Great place. Dr. Dunn is my kind of doctor. Direct and to the point. Despite his matter of fact demeanor I have no doubt he is on my side and working hard to deal with my MS. Every reasonable request I have ever made of him and his staff has been completed quickly and accurately. I don't know her official title, but Wendy is is one of the best! MS stinks, but if it happens to you, having these people on your side makes it a lot easier.

I would like to give Greater Rochester Neurology zero stars. I have been going to this practice for years. My doctor was great and very efficient but the staff is incredibly rude. I called to make my yearly appointment and was told they dropped me as a patient because of an outstanding bill. Never called me, never emailed me. I was seen last right before covid hit. The woman I spoke to didn't care and said sorry there's nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the office manager and she said there is nobody I can speak to and hung up on me. Now I have to find a new doctor and a different practice and start all over again.

My husband is under the care of Dr. Dunn and Amelia also Jen in the office. All are caring. professional and compassionate individuals. We are not looking for someone to hold our hand just give him the best care possible and be reachable when we need them. Appointments can be scheduled way out so be sure to make one when you leave the office.

I like Dr.Dunn a lot but do not care for Martha Smith Lightfoot due to her previous unethical medical practices while at the MS Clinic at Strong Hospital of stealing patients private medical records which she took to her current employer without any consent from the patients. Strong Hospital was heavily fined monetarily due to her actions.

I must have spoken to a different Micheal Dunn . I am too old to play King of the hill.I am a care giver with a lot of exposure to some of Rochester's best medical providers so I know what to look for with a doctor. Abrupt behavior can only be tolerated when your Doctor is the best of the best. Keep looking.

I am so fed up. For the last 8 months I ve had a lot of downs instead of ups. I required surgery earlier this year, I was fired from a job right after returning from medical leave and then lost my health insurance on top of it all. I now need a refill on a medication that keeps me from having seizures and when speaking to the secretary, she had no remorse at all. I explained everything that I didn t receive any of the letters about an overdue copay that I was originally told I didn t have, nor a discharge letter. she said well, all I can do is send that out again and she said I should talk to my primary and hope they can refill the script and refer me to someone else. Other than that, they couldn t help me. I was already weary about going with them beforehand because I heard negative reviews but since I needed someone immediately and my brother currently attends the same practice, it was easier for the drs to compare notes. I am so disgusted with the staff since I paid the bill as soon as I found out about it! I would never treat any of my clients like that and to know one of my staff members is talking that way and having no compassion about a situation is terrible! I hope they find someone new or train her better. I m so stressed out now because I don t know if I will be able to get a script since I can t get health insurance until November.
