Tall guy over at inspections didn't catch his name,
but took the time to explain every little thing in detail on what to look for down the road. Would highly recommend, been going here for 10 plus years. Hands down the best service.

GBM is part of the monopoly of motorcycle businesses that are spotted around Massachusetts. This place underwent a very nice touch up and upgrade awhile ago. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Parts, service and finance all in one site. I got both of my bikes serviced and inspected there. Great for general stuff but if you have speciality issues you should really seek out your brand specific solutions. GBM is pretty up there with their $120 an hour labour rate. Do your homework and search everything before you go.

Haven't ridden in 20 years and bought a 92 Vmax right out of a museum (for real). My old shop is no longer open and heard about GBM in Arlington from another Vmax owner while getting my sticker in Malden. So glad I did. Needed it serviced a few months later and met Jimmy at GBM. He completely took care of my bike at price much cheaper than I expected. It now runs like brand new. "Thanks Jimmy" I hear their sales department is very good too, but if you need work done to your bike....this is only place I would ever go to.

In and out super fast after getting my inspection sticker. Great guys as always!

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new motorcycle from GBM. The salesman Kit is very knowledgeable and patient to me. He helped me pick out a bike that is my good fit. In addition, everyone who works there is quite welcoming.
Josh from the Parts and Gears department is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me find a helmet that fit my head.
Overall, it has been a very good experience there!!!

Service department personnel were friendly and attentive and were able to schedule my service appointment for only a few days days later. I was told over the phone, several days prior, that appointments were 3 weeks out so I was pleasantly surprised by the quick scheduling.

Being new to the area, I also will need an inspection for registration which is a short turn mandate by the state. The Service folks assured me they'd take care of me inside of that 7 day requirement. I was greatly appreciative of that as well.

Purchased in 2015 with 4300 original miles and in showroom condition. I love GBF and there team will search for exactly what your looking for within your budget. Personally would never shop anywhere else!
