Great Value Vacations

We have used Great Value to book a few trips abroad. Great value has amazing deals and we have throughly enjoyed our trips & recommend this company to friends all the time. I have been able to travel so much more & I will continue to book with them in the future!! Claudia is my favorite agent! She is caring & helps us through every step of booking a vacation.

This vacation company is the worst company I have dealt with. They take your money and the services do not come true. Where is the my cash, who is making the interest, is not me. Stay away. Once they have your money say bye bye and pray that you will go on a great value vacation, what a joke.

Our family has taken three vacations through Great Value Vacations and they have all been phenomenal. The first vacation was just my husband and I. We received airfare, hotel accommodations and a car rental. We spent one night at Ashford Castle in County Mayo and we were blown away! It was the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. We took one of our daughters on our second trip and stayed in B&B's and she fell in love with Ireland. In December, 2019 we went back with two of our daughters and experienced the Irish holiday markets. We stayed in at the beautiful Adare Manor's and we can't wait to go back and stay there again, I felt at home! Great Value is an easy way travel, and their customers service is accommodating and helpful. Please consider them for your next vacation, all you have to do is pack and they take care of the rest

We were booked for Playa Del Carmen and a 5 star hotel. At the last minute they changed our hotel and it was absolutely terrible. The Rui Yucatan was dirty. They had painted over the dirt but it still showed. I actually took pictures. The mildew was overwhelming and we had to wash everything in our suitcase and spray it as it was mildew. No coffee in the rooms and unable to get any until the restaurant opened. Drinks were watered and awful.. People were fighting and screaming 3 doors from us. We called for help but they were not very fast in responding. Rats running everywhere. Buyer Beware!

It was such a nice time booking our Ireland trip with Great Value Vacations. We got a rental car, hotels, and flights for two for around $1600 all together. The woman who helped us book the flights over the phone was very helpful. We added on car insurance at the rental place (greatly recommend!). The hotels were all very nice and comfortable, and a couple of them came with free breakfast. I would recommend this trip in particular, and definitely look forward to booking with Great Value Vacations again.

The worst company imaginable! If you want to pay hundreds of dollars and receive nothing but aggravation in return, book with Great Value!

We had a great trip using GVV. We did a castle tour of Ireland and it was beautiful! I made sure to print out the itinerary and go over it carefully to make sure we were prepared. Most of the discounts are through vouchers, so I had a folder with everything printed out to make it easy. The trip provided the rental car, lodging in each of the hotels (which were beautiful castles all over northern Ireland) and airfare. All of the hotels were very accommodating with a full Irish breakfast each morning, and we were able to take the rental car and go exploring along the countryside! I would definitely book another trip with them!

STAY AWAY! They canceled my prepaid almost $2000 trip for March out of the blue two days ago. THEN INFORMED US THEY ARE KEEPING THE MONEY! They the offered a "travel credit" only good until later this year. They made up this policy on the spot. You don't sell a product....then refuse to provide it. Then keep the money anyway? Also very tidy they put an expiration date of this year on it. I strongly believe they plan to declare bankruptcy and are holding whatever funds they can captive. Expect it to happen to you too if you book with them. We eve bought insurance for this trip. They are keeping the insurance money too. Truly must be run by the lowest forms of life.

Great Values offered us a quality vacation package to England and made life easy with booking choices and instructions. I called their customer service a few times for some clarification, and they gave me the information speedily that I needed to fulfill my requests. Our flights went smoothly from their end of things, and at the conclusion of our vacation, I had an issue with Hertz over our car rental in England. Great Values stepped in and gave us a credit when we were overcharged by them. The hotel choices and bed and breakfast choices were delightful. We had a wonderful experience overseas and Great Values was a huge help with our booking.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I took my first solo trip to Ireland using this group, and everything was perfect. Flights, food, excursions and hotels were exactly as described if not better! I was incredibly impressed by the lodging I was provided for the money I spent on the trip. It was 100% worth it's value. Keep an eye out for their email list, as they often have promotions!
